The clock arrived very quickly with no problems. The instructions to set up the display are very easy to follow. The clock looks great in my kitchen, and it is very easy to read! It gives all the information one needs about the date, time, day of the week and the status of the skyline, i.e. morning (rising sun), afternoon (bright sun), evening (setting sun), night (crescent moon with a few stars), and overnight/before dawn (soft glowing cloud). I recommend this clock to anyone who would like to have one.

Really nice! I did think it was larger than it is, but. the size is actually perfect. So I'm happy with it. When you plug it in the display is the correct day and time, nice feature. So I didnt need to make any adjustments but the directions are in the box and are simple to follow when or if I need to change it. The brightness level is perfect but I think you can change it.

Yes, get it. I have two different ones. I have placed them in prominent positions so my mom with Alzheimer’s can easily determine the date and day of the week. One is in her bed room on a table she can view easily from her bed or while getting dressed. The other I have out in the living room on the TV stand. This is helpful during sundowning when she will repeatedly ask the day of the week. I remind her that the “calendar clock” is right in front and to check it out. It really has saved me from losing my mind with the repeated day of the week question because of its prominent position in the living room. I even made a laminated sign with up arrows saying “day of the week calendar”, which I taped on the table hanging off. For me it helps guide her to check on her own. I haven’t used the alarm functionality. I like the large numbers and letter. I also appreciate the dimming function. I would recommend multiple clock calendars to place in different rooms. They are very helpful in my opinion.

I was very surprised there wasn’t a way to stop the brightness at the crack of dawn! Who thought that was a good idea?? The first morning after set-up I was woken up by the bright light. Made some changes in hopes it would take care of the problem. Nope! Was woken up again. Tried one more time, thinking there HAD to be a way to change this ridiculous feature! Well, there is NOT a way to keep it from doing it. I have been having to block the clock from view at night, which defeats the purpose of having a clock! I don’t even use it at all any more. I’m hoping I still have all the packing material. I will be returning it!!

Cheaply made and light weight. Hard to adjust settings and understand how to set settings. Control is on back so mentally and physically it is challenging if you are elderly or have "dementia". The settings should be on front or side. The display is big which is nice for elderly but I wouldnt say this is good for dementia as there are to many words/numbers on display which would be confusing to someone in that condition. I have a DS person and he can only see the time because i is the biggest on the display so his eyes zero in on that. Over all I like it personally just to be able to glance at from a distance to remind me of what day / time it is .Its also very bright at night, but you can lower that if you want to bother. It should be auto day/night

The clock is just wonderful Just plug it in and it works right away. No problem at all. Tells all the necessary information for a forgetful person.
