Great product for the price
Want an elliptical without spending a fortune? This is worth considering. It is sturdy, surprisingly so, and looks like it will last a typical home user for many years. It is quiet enough that it won't disturb other people in the house, even if you use it in the early morning. The LCD display is pretty basic, but is adequate and provides you with the most important information about your workout.People were saying that this could be put together in 45 minutes. Either some reviewers are lying, or I am really slow. Sunny does recommend two people put this together, and I did it by myself. I think if I were to put it together again, or I was someone who put these together for a living, it might taKE 45 minutes. It took me about 2 hours. Granted, I took my time, but you still need to identify parts and figure out where they go. The bolts and washers are attached to a plastic covered piece of cardboard, making that part easy, but some of the diagrams could be better, and if the individual components were labeled with stick-on tags, you might actually be able to finish in 45 minutes. Still, I have to say that the assembly was a lot easier than putting together a table from Ikea. Sunny has done a pretty good job of making sure the average person could put this together properly. Don't be put off by the task. After putting it together, I discovered that I was missing one of the trim pieces. I contacted Sunny online and left a message. To their credit, they responded and arranged to ship out the part, at no cost to me, within 24 hours of my message. Very good customer support.Bottom line: I am very pleased with this machine and would recommend anyone looking for an elliptical, consider this one.Update: I've been using this pretty much daily now, for 5 months and it still works great. It did develop a squeak where the right foot rest attaches to the machine. Tightening the bolts didn't make much difference. A simple fix was to remove the foot rest and put a strip of duct tape along the rail to keep the foot rest from rubbing against the metal rail. Then reinstalled the foot rest and the squeak is gone. It's whisper quiet again.

Good value and serves it’s purpose
Worth the purchase if you do not want anything fancy.Pros: Easy to assemble, quiet (tighten all bolts), and gets legs moving in running motion for recovery. I didn’t need anything high tech and just needed low impact way to keep legs in running motion while rehabbing back.Cons: Paid extra for the heart rate and mileage tracker. This is NOT accurate. Not sure how it’s calculating but it shows I’ve done over 5 miles in 30 minutes, and while my Apple Watch shows an elevated heart rate, the machine states I’m barely working out. I probably wouldn’t recommend paying extra for it.

Assembly review by a 79-year-old mechanically savvy woman
Ok, here goes for any of you out there who are hesitant because you have to assemble this device. I’ve gotten as far as installing the handlebars and the little computer, basically 90% done, and it seemed a good time to write an assembly review! The instructions are pretty clear, the diagrams are precise tho very small. The parts on the diagrams and on a separate list of parts are all numbered, but the parts themselves are NOT. Only left snd right are labeled. This surprised me since everything else is very well thought-out.The most difficult part for me was installing the 2 pedals. The pedal support rods at that stage are very low to the floor, the bolts go in at the bottom and don’t “catch” easily, so a lot of back-aching bending over and cussing. Also you will definitely need a second Allen wrench to counter-tighten several bolts. The one they provide has a Phillips head on the long end and it’s difficult to get good torque with a short Allen wrench. If anyone from Sunny is reading this, I recommend the parts all have numbers corresponding to the diagrams, the drawings on the diagrams should be either darker or bigger, they’re hard to see. Finally, considering the very high-quality parts and hardware, why not include a good Allen wrench AND a separate Phillips screw driver!!When I’ve used this machine a bit I’ll write a follow-up review. I gave the assembly 5 stars despite a few small minuses, especially since I purchased it 50% off and it’s a real honker of a machine!!

Poor quality, breaks easily, warranty is a joke, and so is their support
The media could not be loaded. I wish there was an option to give zero stars! What a waste of money this elliptical was! I will never buy another Sunny product again and I hope neither will you. First, the computer started acting up shortly after I got it in Jan 2023. It would reset if I tried to paddle backwards. By July 2023, it stopped registering movement a few min into the workout and shutting down. I contacted their support and was told it falls outside the 180 day warranty. The support was a joke. The guy Carlos was trying to tell me it's a power supply issue. I had sent him the above video. Clearly the screen is on, I am moving and it's not registering the movement! After several attempts, Carlos finally agreed it was the computer. He offered to provide to me for free since I had been very cooperative, but it was out of stock. I waited until December 2023 to finally hear that it was in stock, but was old it would 1/2 off at $40 plus $35 for shipping! So we went from free to $75! I declined and started using it without it being plugged in. Then In March 2024 it made a very loud crack sound as I was using it. I found that the left lower arm bar had broken! See attached photo. It's rated for 300+ pounds and I am 183! I checked and the frame warranty was 3 years. I contacted support and I was told this part is not part of the frame and it's past the 180 day warranty! I didn't even bother checking the price of the part + shipping. I would be better off throwing this junk away and buying one from a reputable company that stands behind their products and doesn't hide most faults under is ridiculous 180 day warranty. What a disappointment. Do your self a favor and skip this piece of junk and Sunny as a whole.
