Pretty good, grey shade not matte!
I love this eyeshadow, the smoky grey color is perfect and a nice neutral tone. Unfortunately it isn’t matte, which is slightly disappointing but I can deal with that. The sparkle isn’t too much like the other Stila glitter shadows so that ok. Just be aware when purchasing this color if you are truly looking for a matte shade.

DEFECTIVE WAND!
Received this product and used it on one eye then the sponge applicator fell off the wand. Contacted Customer Service and received a credit. ORDERED A NEW ONE….opened up the box when it arrived and after applying eyeshadow to one eye the sponge fell off the wand!!! 2nd DEFECTIVE SPONGE APPLICATOR!!!!! Will not purchase a 3rd!!! AMAZON, take this lot off your shelves!!!!

Finally I Found It
Best creamy eyeshadow there is. Just love it. Easy to apply. Lasts all day. Highly pigmented. Great for mature skin.

The applicator broke the first time I used this
The applicator broke the first time I used it, the sponge tip broke clean off. I’m keeping it because I really like the type of eye liner/shadow and its color. I have an old eye shadow with a similar applicator (which Cover Girl no longer makes) that I can use but I’m disappointed it wasn’t better made. I would have given this product five stars if the applicator hadn’t broken the first time I used it.

Poor quality
I saw in some the reviews that the applicator tip came off after using. I didn't pay heed. The first time I took the applicator out of the tube, the tip was missing. The color was great, but the product performance was not.

Not what I expected
I was looking for something with better coverage and more pigmentation. Imagine how disappointed I am to find out that I can not return/exchange this $24 eye shadow. I checked when ordering and did not see any restrictions, and double checked when I found out that it can not be returned...I can not find anything explicitly stating that I can not return/exchange it. One of the things I love about Amazon is the ability to exchange/return if I am not satisfied with a product. I won't be experimenting with new products like this again.
