When I first unwrapped the towel out og the package, I was surprised this flimsy and thin, but beautifully crafted cloth can even hold up to being used as a bath towel! Only for emergencies, or for your little ones, it's not big enough to cover the important parts.Love that it absorbs so much and dries up quick afterward.

Large, soft, absorbant. Nicest kitchen towel I own.

I recently purchased an additional one of these towels and I must say, they are the perfect addition to my guest bathroom. The towels are super soft and skin-friendly. They are also incredibly durable and have maintained their shape after multiple washes.One of the best features of these towels is their absorbency. They can absorb large amounts of liquid without leaving streaks or lint, making them perfect for everyday use or even bathroom decor. The attached loop also makes them easy to hang dry.I have washed these towels multiple times and they have retained their original color wash after wash without shedding. They increase in absorbency with each wash and dry. Note: I don't use fabric softener.

Ordered the 48in x 36in, but received what I assume is the 36in x 23in. It seems the measurement shown includes the tassels on either end as well, because without that the length is only about 32in. Anyway, I haven't used the towel so I can't comment on the "highly absorbant" part but it does feel quite soft and of pretty good quality. And they are not very thick, which is what I was looking for. But I will be returning the item as I need a larger towel.

Got this for traveling to wear as a cooling towel and to wipe away the sweat. Beautiful made and looks great. Love they it is cotton and not some plastic ick towel.

I'm very bummed. I just ordered 5 of these last minute for my family to take on vacation and I scrolled through all of the colors to find the ones with the biggest dimensions (even if I didn't like the color). But, they all came and are all the same tiny size. Way too tiny to use as a towel. I see NOW in the detailed description that they are smaller, but why then is Amazon allowing you to select a much larger size that is incorrect?Otherwise, they are very nice and soft. The quality seems good, I just wish the size description was correct.

I purchased three of these hand towels for my bathroom, and they are so amazing that I now want to purchase a set of bath towels, too! First, for people who comment that these aren’t absorbant: they are! Just DO NOT use fabric softener! That’s the problem, since the fats used to make fabric softeners work will also repel water. And these towels are so incredibly soft that you absolutely do not need fabric softener, anyway (unlike terry cloth towels, which can feel crunchy and rough without it). When these first arrived, I washed them in a warm water cycle, with detergent and some vinegar in the softener compartment, then dried them on a medium/high setting. I measured them before and after washing, and detected no shrinkage.I’m finding that as I use them to dry my hands, they are drying MUCH faster than terry cloth towels would, so I’m not constantly drying my hands on a damp towel (yuck). And because they dry faster, I don’t feel that I need to change them out quite as often, since they don’t become as funky. ;) And as cheesy as this sounds, these are actually a pleasure to use! My college student son has also remarked about how crazy soft these are! I have a couple more that I’ve picked up over the years, but these are so much nicer and softer. If you’re looking for Turkish towels, I think these are the best you’ll find!

Mom loved it. Nice size tea towel for the kitchen. Absorbency is good. Nice pattern, soft material.

I mainly chose this towel because it was the only one I could find that came in the sage colour I was looking for. Perhaps I didn’t read the details closely but was surprised to see only 1 towel when it arrived. Also not a fan of how thin it is. I have others that are a much better quality and I didn’t pay as much for them since I received 2 in the package.I will still use this towel just wish it was better quality for the price. I do love the sage colour though.
