Fabulous,easy to use tool and least to take apart for cleaning and storauge andl easy to chage discs for meat,cheese, graitingveggie slicing ,gakrlic ajnd ginger so easy,easy to clean ,can be used with catch cup but i do lost every thing with wax paperor parchment paper or beeswax paper depending on use and it is is so easy to crank out,so fast! I just love it.

It was perfect and arrived right on time

The crank is too small and too low. Every rotation strikes the hand compressing the food so you have to hold it very awkwardly. The blades came very dull, bruising the vegetables instead of cutting them. The Westmark version of this mouli was better designed and easy to use, but is no longer available. I will keep looking for a better model as I use this shredder weekly.

Got this for my grandfather and he loves it. Used a couple times a week. Grinds easily. Hard to cut yourself.

This item operated precisely like the Moulinex brand rotary, manual food processor. It operates predictably, but remains a bit clumsy to use, with the folding supports and foot pads providing barely adequate anchoring of the device during operation.It does work like a dream when the input hopper does not get overfilled, and with the entire unit hand held tightly and securely to the clutter top.

I first used a "Mouli Julienne " as a teenager. After becoming a mom, I really wanted one for convenience and safety of my knuckles. My husband just about had a heart attack at paying $20 for a "cheese grater". Fast forward almost 40 years and I'm on my third one. I have purchased one for each of my children as well. I use it for so much more than cheese.
