COCONIX Leather Care PRO Professional Black Leather & Vinyl Repair Kit

I love using this stuff! I purchased it to repair my pinned and patched leather jacket and my goodness it works so well! Color matching is a cinch when you're just doing black on black, can't even tell unless you are all up in my bubble. I still have so much and I've repaired my jacket several times (more because I wore it too many times out horseback riding rather than failure of the product) so the amount and size they give you should last a while!

Product works as advertised...I'm and satisfied with the vinyl material that is included but the application tools are not very good (the applicators). I used some other applicators that I had in my garage. The results are largely based on your skill. Professional results are possible if your skills allow for it. I would purchase again even though I would grade my results with the product a B minus...but that is more on me and my skill, or lack thereof, than the product.

I have a 2006 Mini Cooper R50.I am the only passenger in this vehicle and the driver seat has developed linear cracks anterior posteriorly on the seat bottom bolster in the left side.While the vinyl did not delaminated when somewhat folded, the cracked vinyl would lift from the fabric below. Also when I am seated, you can see the crack enlarge.I did not have much expectation on this product and the repair attempt.I put weight on the seat cushion and increase the gap then applied the gel like material. After a few hours, I see the cracks are sealed and no longer separated.There were a spot where I lost vinyl material and left with fabric below showing. Cleaned the area well with alcohol then added repair material carefully just enough to be level with the rest of the vinyl covering. After it dries, I noticed the material shrinks. Kept repeating the job until it is flush and added random texture with the spoon provided to reduced flatness on the repair area.While I did not care too much on the color match on bluish black seat material, I just used straight black repair material.One thing to note is that I have found the repair material to be a little shinier than the other area. This was more notable than the color mismatch.I am very pleased with the repair appearance and durability of the repair. Definitely exceeded my expectation.

I've used it on the driver's seat it's only temporary after a while it cracks and the holes come back. On the armrest or dash cuz you don't put your weight on it, it lasts longer.

Customer service is excellent with timely follow through. The product itself was amazing. The tear in my leather car seat has been fixed and restored.

This product worked great! I wish I had taken a picture of his it turned out. 😔 My three year lease was up and as I was cleaning out my car I noticed that some how I had put two quarter-inch cuts into the black pleather in the rear passenger door along where the arm rest was. Meaning it was going to be very visible when I turned it in! Thanks to Prime delivery I had this product in two days which gave me plenty of time to use it and let it dry before returning the vehicle for inspection.Application was super easy and the abundance of instructions, both written and video, gave me enough confidence to get the job done in under a half hour. I wanted it to look perfect so I followed the instruction for adding texture and removing the glossy appearance.I took my car in that weekend and I waited nervously for them to say anything about the damage in the door but they couldn't tell that there was anything wrong!
