Really great
I know this seems a little expensive.. but I really has worked wonders for our daughter. She really loves filling it in and she loves to read it to me at the end of the day.I think I would be nice of it were available in different colours ( say pink and purple!).Also I think it should really be a hardback for the price.

Perfect - just what my daughter needed... and well worth the money
My eight-year-old daughter has been very upset in recent times - bullying at school by her peers, being told off by her teachers even though she tries hard, and other life events have been taking their toll. I bought this journal for her, as part of making other changes at home to show her how far she's come along. She absolutely loved it, couldn't stop reading the intro to me, and couldn't wait to fill out her first entry. My daughter realised that her day wasn't quite as bad as previously thought - she'd played with some friends, helped me (Daddy) with some things, and had a surprise she was not expecting after all. She went to sleep last night, a very happy girl. What an absolutely lovely journal, quality paper and binding too. For those naysayers who say "it's expensive compared to a moleskin book", yes it is, but that's like comparing a set of blank writing pages to a premium hardback fiction book. You're paying for the content too, which is deeply thoughtful and very relevant. In the scheme of things, a relatively small amount to money to pay for lifting my daughters feelings and self-esteem at this difficult time, make it well worth the money.

Great diary for discussing emotions
I like the layout for kids and the daily emoticons. We've had 5 or 6 of these diaries and they've been fantastic for opening conversations about how our child's day has been - good and bad. Given 4 stars purely for the price - I have discovered another journal that is cheaper and just as good quality - but I will always have fond memories of this product. I just wish the price point was lower to make it more accessible to all families who would like to use it.

Great!
My son has autism and it’s really help decompress at the end of the day and something we can do together

A great little book
I love this journal. Yes it’s pricey but I like the way it is laid out. Not too time consuming for my 6 year old so he really enjoys writing in it each night. I love that it makes them think of positives each day. This is my first book but will be buying more. I also really enjoy doing it with him and we like to look back at previous days/ weeks.

Interesting concept let down by pricing strategy
I'm not going to repeat what other reviewers have noted: in summary, it's an interesting concept that has the potential to change a child's life. Sadly the creator's pricing strategy means that child is likely to be a privileged child, whose parents/relatives/friends can afford to splash out 25 quid for 90 days use.Of course the content needed time and effort to create, but when you flick through the diary you quickly realise that a big proportion of your outlay is going to fulfilment fees and profit. And sadly, if it was priced more reasonably, it would have had the potential to touch so many more children's lives. Just my humble opinion anyway...
