LaClef Women's Mini Bodycon Ruched Tank Dress

I’ve ordered these sundresses quite a few years in a row in different colors each year. They’re comfortable, a flattering fit, and surprisingly durable (I’m still wearing some that are 4 years old but have been washed hundred of times). If you’re on the fence, I’d suggest buying one in your favorite color and I’ll bet you end up ordering more. Each spring I can’t wait to bust out my sundresses because I can wear them while gardening and be cute even in the dirtiest of garden tasks.

Like many women who've had kids, I suffer from the bicycle tire tummy. I bought this in hopes that it would "hide" my little belly lump o'tub. Sadly, it did not. However, while it seems to accentuate the bulge (at least from the profile view) I still really like the dress. It's super soft, very comfortable, good stretch around the hips and butt area and a beautiful pattern. I'm not tryna impress no one, so my bit of pudge protrusion doesn't bother me, but I thought I'd make a note of it in case anyone else was concerned. I ordered a Large and indeed, the top is a looser fit, so my 38Cees had plenty of breathing room. The skirt part is double fabric with the ruching allowing for shorter or longer styling. For stats - 5'5, 162lbs, a size 12 in most dresses, 31 in jeans. I also ordered in Black and there was no discernible difference in fit, so it seems there is consistency in sizing. I really like it, good quality and I'll be ordering several more!ps added a belt to show a creative way to camouflage the gut, lol.

This dress is so comfortable. I thought that I would be pulling on it all the time, but it finally settled into place and stayed. It has a double layered bottom and the top half is a single layer. I wanted this to wear to college games and this would be perfect - I'm sure it comes in everyone's favorite team's color. The only complaint I had was that for my age, FOR ME (not all women in their mid 30s) it was a *little* tight on the bottom. LOVE the shape of the top! So cute and sporty. I love the fabric of this dress. However, the top fit was great, kind of loose and comfortable. But the bottom fit was kind of funky for my liking. I feel like it accentuated the wrong parts for me. I wish I would have listened to the reviews that are similar to mind. I am 5'2, about 125 to 130 pounds. I've had a couple of kids with a little pouch left over from my pregnancies. I feel like my before children body would have loved this dress. Returning.

So I just tried this on today, the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend (so not feeling my most trim self) and was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this dress is on my body. The chances of this such occurrence I'd say are close to .001%, proving to me how amazing this dress truly is.How many dresses have I bought off of Amazon and tried on and returned? I dont know, at least 20. You think I would have learned my lesson by now, but the reviews of this one were so juicy that I had to give it a go. So Thanksgiving butt and thighs, a sports bra, no body forming garments of any kind, and this dress was extremely flattering and I am thus very impressed at that.I'm usually a small-medium in dresses and according to the reviews, I went with the Medium. I'm 5'2", 140# with a muscular build. I feel the medium fits perfectly and not to tight or loose. I liked the way the ruching looked and the way the top part hung. You can adjust where the ruching/top part convergence of the dress fall on your body, and I really enjoyed the look I got with putting a chunky belt right on that transition of the dress. I enjoyed that you could very much get away with wearing a sports bra under this, which I am personally very excited about, as the idea of wearing a real bra is not very exciting to me at all -_-I hope this review helps!

I hate to admit it but I've bought and returned more dresses on Amazon than I care to admit, clearly owning that I should have learned my lesson about Amazon dresses by now. HOWEVER, this one has turned me into a believer again! ;) It's easily the BEST Amazon dress that I've ever purchased! The quality is really nice, it's super comfy, washes well, color is perfect (i got the Navy) and is just a great find! One thing, it definitely runs small in my opinion. I'm a faithful XS in everything, size 0 in pants but I watched the video review that made the size small look fairly tight on...and so I took a gamble and ordered a small, hoping it's wouldn't be crazy tight. I expected it to be a little big, but NO, it's still a hair on the tight side on the bottom portion, I had to pull it down a LOT when wearing it. The top fits perfectly. So, I definitely recommend going up one size for sure, two sizes if you are between sizes. Overall, LOVE IT!

Love this dress!Super comfortable, soft fabric. Gives & hugs in all the right places. Not see through (I ordered black). I wore it to work today will black flip flops but could easily wear with a cute pair of wedges or heels to jazz up.I’m 5’3, small C and have a fitness build aka booty & legs.I bounce between a Small & a Medium depending on the piece. I ordered a Medium and I’m glad I did. I think it would have been a little to short for work or to simply be comfortable. And it’s cotton, so obviously shrinks a tiny bit in the wash.Love the dress and will be buying a couple other colors.
