Great value and can get LOUD!
I like how small this is. It can also get super loud. Which is great for banjo pickers.

Great little metronome for the money
I use this to monitor/determine my running cadence. I like that it has a headphone jack. I use a little mono/single earbud I find here on Amazon for just a few dollars. That way people around me, especially in a race, don't have to here it. The only negative is that there is not enough volume control. When using with headphones, even the lowest setting is probably a little too loud for safe listening. I simply took a small ball of wet tissue paper and plugged the earbud with it. Works perfectly. Nice muted beeping sound. I run a lot and use this setup just about daily. Works great!

Exactly what I wanted
First, people aren’t joking when they say that it’s tiny. For my son, it’s perfect. He couldn’t keep a beat if his life depended on it, so I am hoping this works! It came in a little plastic package with the battery separate. It was so easy to put the battery in and get it working that it was done in the time it took me to walk from the kitchen to the living room. (15 feet or so.)It does not tick. It beeps. I changed the frequency of the beep without a problem, and I also moved the volume level right on down. It’s loud enough to be audible in a fairly loud room, or it is quiet enough not to be distracting in a closet-sized room.I’m a happy camper!

it's not durable whatsoever
I dropped it once from about a foot and a half distance (from the top of my upright piano to the keyboard) and I guess i just happened to ding it the right way because now it doesn’t work. Another thing I didn't expect was the size, for your information it is VERY small probably about two inches in length and one inch in width. That's not necessarily a bad thing just something i though a potential buyer of this product should know. The sound of the metronome is quite jarring in the first few uses of it, but I found my ears adjusted to it pretty well within a few days. I use the metronome with my piano practices btw. I am going to invest in a KORG metronome!

Difficult volume control- good otherwise
It would have been the best metronone for running at a cadence, if not for volume control. I have metronome on my Garmin watch, but it is too diffult to pause and adjust. That was the *only* reason I even bought a companion one. This one is good for the price. Has all the features, is small and lightweight enough.Adjust all the settings and it remembers everything when powered down. Except volume! Every time it is turned on, it starts with the LOUDEST volume. There is one key to rotate through all the settings and volume is the last one to reach. Then you got to press 4 more keys to bring it down. So in effect, it takes nearly 10 key presses on the tiny keypad to get the audio where you want it. Defeats the purpose of owning it for me. Can't keep adjusting the damn thing while running as I use it only for a few segments.I am keeping it because it is cheap and still offers play/pause that is somewhat useful still.

Really tiny but works well
Well they said it was mini but I didn't expect it to be this mini! It is about an inch high and 3/4 inch wide. It does come with a clip so hopefully I won't lose it. I just started taking piano lessons after a life time away and wanted a metronome to help me stay on beat. This little mini machine works really well. It has decent volume control and has enough volume to hear above the piano and keeps quarter beats as well. I am finding it very useful and would recommend it as long as you don't mind the size.

Great digital metronome at a great price
I'm a music undergrad student and needed a quick metronome for school assignments- this is a clip on, so it's super portable, and it's very light. Easy to use, and while the pitch of the beat is a higher frequency and not the usual click sound of classic style metronomes, it gets the job done, and has a lot of customizable features for different time signatures etc. Great bang for your buck!

It Works but annoying
The product works, but it is annoying. It Just Beeps; no other sound is available. It is difficult to use when or if you do. If you'll pay for postage, I'll give you mine. I recommend spending a few more dollars on something you can or will use.
