My little pomeranian is nearly 16 yrs old..in very good shape apart from his teeth...he only has about 8 teeth left. After a couple of dental procedures over his life span is too old for more general anaesthetic. This has saved him! His teeth are just slowly becoming loose and he is still able to eat with much fresher breath and more importantly keeping infection at bay. I've been using this for a few years now and wish I had known about it when he was younger but since using it he hasnt needed any treatment and the vet is pleased. Will always use this product. Its safe and effective and my little love is happy and healthy boy: ) x

Helps to keep my dog's tartar & plaque under control, although she does still get some build up, and so I also brush them a couple of times a week. Has helped with her breath which is not smelly now. I use daily in her wet and dry food mix, and she likes the taste.

I love the fact this product is all natural ingredients! My older huskie had a benign tumour mass removed from his mouth last year, and since his teeth and breath have been awful. He's always had lovely white teeth until this happend. So I shopped around and come across this product to help him. I put a couple of sprinkles as estimated in weight and size, in his food each evening and after 3 weeks, noticed a huge difference!! His teeth had started to lose the browning plaque and his breath was much better! I have also mentioned to friends and family to try this product. I also have a German shepherd who has a sensitive tummy, and it doesn't affect her at all. Which is also a bonus. The smell is not all that appealing and smells similar to fish food, however my dogs have had no quarms in wolfing it down within their dinner. It's a brown/charcoal colour, but you can see that it is natural and not had any colourants mixed in. The price for the product is ideal, as you don't have to remortage your house, as you would for items from the vets. I highly recommend! 😁

Didn't work for my dog

I was more than a little sceptical about purchasing this product. I have an elderly chihuahua, and chihuahuas are notorious for having bad teeth. This little guy is overdue a dental and lockdown has delayed things, and he does not tolerate having his teeth brushed, so I figured we had nothing to lose in trying this. I usually feed him dry biscuits as he is on an extremely low fat diet. I found a very low fat wet dog food, and simply add one tiny little scoop of this to a small amount of wet dog food one a day. He now knows after our dinner at night he gets his treat of wet dog food!!! He will sit staring at the fridge while we load the dishwasher, patiently waiting!!!! Anyway, we bought this about a month ago and already you can tell the difference. His breath no longer makes your toes curl, and his teeth are starting to whiten again, all be it at the tips. I don’t need to mix the powder in, just sprinkle it on the top of the wet food. He still has some dry biscuits in the day but he loves his treat at night!!! At age nearly 15, I’m not sure he will outlast the tub of Plaque Banish, you only use a very small amount for a toy dog each day, so I suspect it will last me at least another six months. I would highly recommend this product.

Doesn’t work

My Jack Russell had to have four teeth removed last year, and I felt awful about it. I decided to try one of the many products claiming to prevent plaque build-up and bought Plaque Banish because it was natural and did not contain acidic elements, is easy to administer, and a good price. I have been impressed with the lack of plaque and tartar build up on her teeth in a year. Her canines and incisors are clean and she doesn't seem to notice it in her food. I also think the minerals improved the condition of her coat. Well worth trying to see if it works for your pet.

This is my second batch. The dogs don’t mind it and it’s definitely helping to clean their teeth as they won’t allow me to clean them.
