I've taken these for over a month and so far there's not a big difference in my leg cramps from my heavy hiking. But it's recommended for leg cramps so you may have better luck

This is a quality product, great price, and works for us my husband‘s 67 and I’m 60. We don’t take it on the daily basis but it’s good to have in the cabinet when we do need it.
