WORXWA0194 Garage for Landroid Models S, M and L

Nearly £150 for three bits of plastic, two steel feet, some screws and ground spikes is a rip-off. But I guess they will argue that it wasn't too expensive because I bought one. But you do feel that they have taken the view that if you can afford a Landroid, you can afford the silly price for its garage. But last September 2019, B&Q were giving them away free with every Landroid sold in some of their stores. So the manufacturing price must be in the give-away bracket. Even at half the price, I'd thought, 'Expensive but you get what you pay for and, besides, it looks nice'. And it does. A good looking addition to the Landroid, made to measure and complementary in design. But a bit lacking in functionality. Once installed, you're restricted at getting to the charge stand itself if it needs attention. You'd need to unscrew the ground spikes to lift it out of the way. They could have engineered a hinged roof or hatch, or a quick-release mechanism to lift the roof away. Gardena has designed theirs with a hinged roof. So come on Worx, don't take the Micheal. Nice try but no medals.

Much preferred the subtler look of the landroid without the cover... but a few reviews mention the cover is worthwhile for longevity, so I got one.It's pretty over priced for what it is (a common theme in most people's reviews), and it really is an ugly sight in the garden now. Also makes getting to the unit and the charging base quite fiddly - you'd think they would at least hinge the lid.

Very good, nice quality and does exactly what it is supposed to. Will say it is very over-priced for what it is.

This is perfect for that extra be bit of protection from the sun and rain so glad I purchased it.

Surprised that it was plastic, extremely expensive for such a simple piece of equipment. Although it does look good in the garden. I just hope it's weather resistant but only time will tell.
