Great for dieting or watching your calories
I really like this brand of shirataki noodles, it reminds me of Pad Thai Noodles, but with a more chewier texture.These noodles don't taste of anything and will take on the flavour of sauces/spices that you add.I like to stir fry these noodles with a bit of oyster sauce, chilli spice and soy sauce.

Bought for a fussy eater on a diet. He enjoyed a lot. Very expensive for what they are, so lost a star.

Good texture
I've tried a few konjac noodles / pastas, but the texture of these was really good. Still a bit on the rubbery side, but better than a lot of others. They also dont have the unpleasant smell that other similar products have.

Contains Oats!
I'm following a grain free antiinflammatory diet. These noodles are recommended but this brand "enhances" the flavour with oats. Very annoying that this is written about 3 pages down in the description.

Tasty change
Once mixed in a tomato sauce, I didn't think it was any different from traditional pasta. For a low calory and carb food, an excellent product.
