Works pretty good, read about aspirin being a better anti-inflammatory than ibuprophen, thought I would give it a try. These work pretty good ( I used 2 at a time twice a day for a week, allowed up to 8 a day). I have lots of pain through out my body and I try to use alternatives to prescription pain meds. The caffine will keep you moving a bit so cafefull about taking close to bed time. Overall these do seem to work pretty good. I would suggest trying 2 at a time 2X a day for starters then move up from there.

Beyer means aspirin for a reason, it is the best! Price was fair, Beyer is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Love the Aspirin and caffeine combo. Interesting. Product works well after 30 minutes. Good stuff. I like the bottle and cap too. Great product. I would buy again.
