We've replaced the toner cartridges a couple of times over the years we have been using the printer and the OEM ones work very well and last a long time. Color quality is fine with no smearing which you would expect of an OEM cartridge. Well built, no toner leaks out, a decent value.

I won’t buy generic toner again. I was trying to save money using a cheaper product but it was terrible. The generic product was streaking and leaving blots on everything I printed. While the price for the Cannon brand is higher, the quality was well worth it! The toner is perfect quality and didn’t damage my printer.

We have bought knock off brands...... sart out ok then just run and smodge . We ended up getting rid of $500 printer to find out it was the cheap generic ink . Only Canon for Canon products.
