No walking. Reduced noise to such a low level...really low. Wish I had found these years ago. Installation is difficult, but only because of what it is...something going under a heavy appliance that's intended to keep them from moving. So you can't finagle them under and then slide it into place. It won't move. Definitely a two-man job to line everything up (helps if one is thin with long arms). Recommendation: get the washer done first since it's heaviest. Using a jack or those inflatable air-bag things from hardware store would've been really helpful. Outside of installation pains, I can't recommend these enough. Such a simple, smart solution!

My combo washer dryer (Edgestar CWD 1510) front loader shakes the house on the spin cycle. These pads reduced the amount of shake as well as the range of spin speeds it shakes at. Significantly reduced both. You can see the pads work because the machine can jiggle a tiny bit in place without shaking the house. I have had for one month, like new so far, hope they last.Sliding the machine back into place with the pads on turned out to be no problem. They stay in place during sliding on my hardwood floor.The white color option distinguished these from other options.Overall I think these cost less and work better than the others, because they are a simple soft piece. They may not be thick and strong enough for extra large machines. My machine is heavy but fairly compact and spinning small loads.

Worked well. Turns out we needed new washer suspension but these helped as well before we realized.

Difficult to install depending on your laundry situation. Ours are ina. Closet type area and these were very difficult to get under the back feet. After putting them on they did help with the washer noise but the dryer we did not notice a huge improvement. But overall for the washer noise to decrease they were worth it

I needed several rubber sorbothane pads (which these might be? I can't tell from the product description) of this style for my hifi stereo system (speakers and turntable mainly), and bought one set to check them out. They worked great, so I bought several more! I meant to use a set under my washing machine too, but ended up using them all on my stereo :)

I had high hopes for this product. Not only is our washer still noisy, but it made it off kilter so now water leaks and the drawer underneath opens as it spins. Terrible purchase and now it's too late to return and get a refund.
