A little tape to seal it and these worked perfectly. I have a cheap soft side pool after the hard sided one went but I kept the nicer pump system. This worked great for converting my setup.

It’s good to keep extra fittings around and these fit my best way pool just perfect. Allows me to use a bigger hose and not that small hose with the plastic clamps.

If your hooking up a Hayward skimmer to a Intex pool your going to need this conversion kit because Hayward does not give you the correct adapters. This kit worked perfect and was easy to install. They also give you plumbing tape with the kit. Excellent product.
