This stuff is very good, but also very very sweet... When I make vinaigrettes with it, I usually end up diluting it a bit with some plain white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar to knock the sweetness down just a tad, but I like strong vinaigrettes so I typically don't add oil, or put very small amounts of oil, thus the need for dilution, if you are mixing this with oil, that might be a different story ;)

Perfect. I cook this down a bit and it makes a sweet/tangy sauce for chicken wings. Also use to make pineapple vinaigrette slaw for Kahlua Pork Sandwiches

If you've never had pineapple vinegar you need to try this. Chef Jean Pierre makes a number of superb balsamic vinegars that you may get hooked on. Excellent as part of a meat marinade, on vegetables, and oh yeah: salad. Feel free to experiment; you won't be sorry.

Delivered timely. Great flavor! However, a bit too expensive for me to purchase again. There is no nutritional value listed on bottle either. So those of us who like to view the sugar/carb content, this is sweet, so probably high in sugar.

This pineapple vinegar is SENSATIONAL and worth every penny! Even straight out of the bottle, it's delicious. I would buy it again and again. The hearty packaging it's mailed in is great, but the vinegar did leak out just a bit--there was a film on the bottle that needed to be wiped off.

We have bought this several times and never found one better in taste and price and service. Packaged well and fast delivery. It would make a great gift.
