Easy to use and was perfect for our family of six. I didn’t realize that the flour came with turmeric in a separate part at the top of the package. We always have turmeric so we didn’t need it, but it might be very helpful for someone who doesn’t have it.

love this even tho it is a bit expensive for what you get. My DIL is Vietnamese and this is one of my favorite things that she cooks.

How many ounces is a bowl of coconut milk?
It has mixing directions in english calling for 3 cups water and 1 “bowl” coconut milk. How the heck much is in a “bowl”?

The package that is shown in the images does not contain wheat flour as an ingredient. The item I received contains wheat flour on the label, which I never would have purchased as someone with Celiac Disease. Unable to return product.
