It is not a powder, wich I find difficult to swallow as it starts to gel immediately. It is fine husk and easy to digest, mixes well with water, and, I hope, gives me the fiber I need.

We bought this to aid digestion and it works for us. 10g every day helps good bowel health and if it also lowers our cholesterol then it’s even better. We’ve just ordered another packet too.

Excellent. Please be mindful this works by absorbing water in the gut so make sure to drink lots of fluid with this. It works really well. I only use this twice a week max.

Good quality definitely recommend it

I found this easy to use when making gluten-free bread. It gave me an elastic, kneadable dough, unlike anything else I have tried, and the finished loaf was a good texture. It is natural and high fibre. It also didn’t discolour the loaf which I have heard can happen with some brands. I am very pleased.

The product is quick to mix taste is good I mix it with my morning vitamin effervescent drink it good it's way to early for me to say how good this product is but it seems value for money.

This works so incrdible well to regulate my bowels. Had such a difficult time with them for years. I still have bad days but not nearly like before.

The product is good, the delivery person is not, he simply dropped my order at the entrance of the building with the risk of someone catching it, as has happened on other occasions, which I was never reimbursed for these losses, taken care of the money of others . If I'm going to pick up, I don't need Amazon, I'm going to buy it myself and bring it with me using Amazon to be well served, like my door.
