What are the grommets made from? I have a very similar hat and the grommets are steel. Which rusted.

What have people done to remove the creases in the brim due to being folded during shipping? Thanks

The hat can be washed by hand with Woolite or in the washing machine. If you do use the machine, hang to dry afterwards. I wouldn't recommend putting it in the dryer. Either way will remove the creases.

What size is the hat ?

I believe it's like a one size fits all type size. I have I'd say an average size head & plenty of room left. Very comfortable.
