USB Plugs Wall Outlet, Surge Protector with USB, Huntkey Multi Plug Outlet 1080 Joules 6 Outlet Wall Plug with 2 USB Ports

We have a few spots at our house where we don't have enough plugs, and this expands a two-plug outlet into a six-plug outlet, PLUS it adds a couple of easily accessible USB plugs. I had initially hoped to use it where we have a GFCI plug, but with the screw in the middle you can't secure it. Plus, the back of it clearly says that it's not for use with a GFCI plug. I'm not sure why the seller has it listed that it can be used with a GFCI plug.

This is a very nice surge protector for the price. It includes 6 AC outlets and two USB charging ports. (You can increase the number of USB ports by plugging in an adaptor and turning one of the AC outlets into a USB port as shown in the photo.) I wanted something to plug into the wall near my desktop computer and this fills the bill. I have the computer and a printer plugged into it along with an AT&T internet wireless receiver. I also use it to charge my phone and laptop. I've noticed that some people have complained about it pulling out from the wall when they try to unplug something. They're using it wrong. You need to remove the cover from the outlet and then the Huntkey fastens to the same screw hole that the outlet cover was fastened to. There's a hole in the middle of the Huntkey for this purpose. Once fastened in this manner the device is very secure and will stay on the wall when you unplug stuff. All in all, a nice little device.

I bought this to get rid of the typical power blocks used for things like a Roku stick or Amazon stick or what have you. They always seem to go missing around my house, so this offered a more permanent installment, since it can be screwed into the outlet. As an added bonus, it is also a surge protector, so neither my TV or streaming stick should get fried if a massive surge were to come through. Sorry since I screwed mine into the wall, I can’t really talk about whether or not it is good for traveling, but I’m sure if you wanted a portable, multi-outlet, surge protector with USB ports to plug into a hotel wall for up the 6-8 devices you’ve packed, this could work.

Have lots of plugs in the bedroom. Wanted a USB port to keep phone charged, plus the 6 plugs, so this was perfect. Unlike the older 6-plug units where you would remove the outlet plate, this doesn't require that. Just unscrew the outlet plate and put this over the existing plate and secure with the screw that comes with it. Might take a minute to align everything before securing the screw, but not a big deal if you are able to get down low enough to see what you are doing. If not - wait for one of the kids or older grandkids to do it for you :)

SO much better than those bulky surge protectors/power strips. I bought one for my house and I am currently talking my school district into switching over all my power strips in my business classroom (has 20+ computers) over to these. And a 3.4 amps it charges our phones very quickly! I will never purchase another cube again!

This item works great I like the LED lights on it to let you know that it's working it's nice slim design makes it easy to plug the items in and gives enough space for different sized plugs I use this in replacement of a full size search protector and it's done better than that I expected

Bought this item for the usb ports on the top. I have an outlet on my kitchen island and I had a phone charger plugged into it, it stuck out so much that it kept clipping my hip. Bought this thing and it sits flatter than the brick and with the cord coming out of the top now I have no issues. Would definitely buy again.

I wish it had an led night light with sensor with different levels of brightness. I tested these two and they are wired correctly. I used a Electrical Receptacle Wall Plug AC Outlet Ground Tester with GFI Reset to know if they are wired correctly.

The only downside remains about that middle screw that can't be used with all wall electrical outlet. That middle screw is meant to stabilize the bought plug. Look at the 2 photos I joined, I am referring to the type on the right... I have only those more modern wall outlets in my house. The absence of that screw doesn't represent a stability issue.

works well seems to charge faster , ctr screw can be used to fasten itpermanently in place if you have older receptacle with ctr screw hole , will workwith newer but you cannot use lock down screw

Muy buen producto. Practico si no quieres tener cables en el piso (excelente diseño). Lo empotre con taladro directamente a la toma de corriente (quité el marco del contacto) y quedó muy bien (antes se movia mucho). Trae el tornillo incluido para este proceso.Lo volvería a comprar si necesito otro no brakeLlegó rápido y sin daños.

Respecto a la funcionamiento energético no tengo queja, se safa muy fácil del enchufe y si se requiere poner el tornillo para fijarlo, pero mi contacto no tiene el orificio para dicho tornillo. Fíjense que tenga el orificio para fijarlo antes de comprarlo.Respecto al costo está en promedio a los demás

Hasta el momento ha funcionado muy bien, todavía no puedo decir si ahorra luz o no pero cumple con lo demás que promete.
