I bought this for my parents, a good option to add more protein into meals. They add this into their smoothies and rotis. Happy to see such companies emerging in India - I have bought some other products from Healthy Hey and definitely like their quality. Would go for it again

The powder is very fine but still feels that it has not mixed properly as it gives sawdust like taste, but this can be minimised with greater water quantity. Overall amino acid profile wise it's a great vegan alternative to whey.

I've consumed plant proteins before but never felt the need to buy them again as they had multiple flaws which made it really difficult for me to consume them on a regular basis. some had a bad texture and others had a horrible taste and the rest were too overpriced to even consider buying. but this was really different and it's actually worth buying again. >TEXTURE, TASTE & MIX-ABILITY ~ Texture was really fine and i had no trouble mixing it in a glass of water. and it didn't created that abnormal amount of froth like my previous plant based protein powders. it wasn't too gritty or chalky and i was able to drink it easily because of that. i thought it was gonna taste horrible. but the taste was neutral and can be improved by adding peanut butter or just bananas if you prepare it in a blender. but as for people who are used to flavored protein shakes, this might take a while to adjust to. > RESULTS & DIGESTION ~ I was really skeptical and i didn't thought this plant based protein will deliver as good results as a high quality whey but i was surprised to see that it delivered far better results then those so called whey proteins. the night time recovery was far better then whey and it also gave me a good boost when i took it prior to exercises. overall i'm satisfied with the results as it didn't gave me a gassy stomach which i experienced mostly in whey proteins when i took them first thing in the morning. the PDCAAS score of this plant protein is 1. so its a good thing and i can say that high quality ingredients are used in this product. but even so, taking it with just plain water increased my Ibs symptoms so it's best if you mix it with banana shake or peanut butter shake. it was my second purchase and the quality was same as before. i hope they don't compromise on the quality or the price in the near future. i usually buy this on sale events as the current price doesn't suit my budget. overall the experience was nice enough because i barely gave any product 5 stars here. Edit 2 - I used to take it with smoothies which were a combination of oats and bananas. But when I took this powder with Just plain water then it gave me an upset stomach. It happened everytime when I consumed it with Just water. So I guess I'll have to move to different protein now.

This protein is a nice option if you are looking for USDA organic protein. I found this is the only protein in India with USDA organic tag. I used to take it by mixing in the floor and making chapati's of it to mask it's taste.

1. The taste is disgusting. I don’t know how I’m gonna do to finished this 1kg container. I have tried before the ProFoods and the Urban platter pea protein powder and they are a zillion times better 2. The container is unnecessarily big, it’s almost 50% empty 3. The packing of the product is also disappointing, since the sticker is already coming off from the moment I received it from Amazon. That doesn’t give me much confidence in this product. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this product at all. Try the other ones I already mentioned instead. The label looks really nice though, that’s why I bought it I guess. Good marketing.
