Very well built and despite being heavily banged up during shipping, it survived with just scratches.Fitment isn’t perfect and needed a bit of modification in my TJ.

A must have for every TJ owner. I think this product is overpriced for what you are getting, but I guess it is well worth it if you want to protect your valuables.

Fits very poorly had to slot holes to make it fit at this point took two days to install due to poor fit and quality. Would definitely not recommend at this point seriously contemplating installing factory console back in!

I’ve always had good luck with Tuffy products and purchased this based on prior experience to replace my stock Jeep TJ console that was pretty beat up.Pros:The console is very solid and a huge improvement over the flimsy plastic stock consoles. The speaker version doesn’t add a huge amount of storge, but it can easily accommodate small valuable items such as wallets, cell phones, or a small to medium sized handgun. The cup holders in particular are a big improvement over stock, especially for larger cups. The install was pretty easy. As long as you have some basic mechanical skills you shouldn’t have too much trouble.Cons:The cup holders, which are otherwise great, are bare metal on the bottom which causes cups to rattle when driving. I used some tool box liner material and cut and glued it to fix the problem, but I feel for the money Tuffy could have provided some kind of pre-cut stick on liner. The biggest flaw though in my opinion is the armrest design. Tuffy could have repositioned the lock to provide a larger cushion that extends to the end of the lid. As designed, my elbow rests on bare metal while shifting gears. Maybe not a big deal if your Jeep is an automatic, but not great for a standard.If you’re looking to replace your center console I think this is a good quality product overall, but I wish the couple of issues I mentioned could be fixed.
