I bought a pair of these so I could actually see with my Podium XC's. These are just a blank that you need to give to whoever makes your glasses to have your prescription put in. For me, that was an additional cost of 60 bucks. I use mine behind the mirrored lenses, I think that they look horrible when you can see the adapter behind the clear lenses. These do (should anyways) come with a new nose piece that makes the glasses stand out slightly more from your face. Mine came back slightly bent, one side was hanging slightly below the lens, I did not check them before I sent them out, so I made a little 'shim' and hopefully the problem will go away after time.

Works

Works as advertised, but gives a horrendous field of view for high speed sports. If at all possible, use contact lenses with the otherwise excellent Tifosi shades.

These lenses can be more big, in order to fit the screen of the sunglasses. Something you see them when your view is more open

fitted with my prescription lenses by vision express was an issue as they are very curved and took 2 attempts to get the prescription position correct. Gives an old blind cyclist a chance to wear cool sunglasses and the option to put my clear lenses in when out for a night ride
