So, this is my second pregnancy and the second time I have Puppps (a pregnancy rash) that makes you just miserable. It is a 3rd trimester symptom usually, but I've been lucky to get Puppps both times at 16 weeks. This time however, it was so much worse. Doctors prescribed the steroids again, etc. and nothing worked. These rashes had spread all over my body; my stomach had open sores everywhere and I was just miserable and in lots of pain. Of course, cure is delivery - so doctors are ready to induce - but then again, I got this at 16 weeks, not 32 weeks.After lots of research from my first pregnancy and this one, I came across a lady's blog that mentioned the use of grandpas pine tar soap and this sesame oil to moisturize. Alone, this isn't a cure, but this sesame oil has played a large role in my skin recovery. Along with the same steroid creams, soap, etc. this oil has been awesome and is the only oil that has been able to keep my pregnant skin moisturized enough to heal. I've tried every oil from coconut oils, jojoba oil, emu oil, etc. This is the only one that has helped. The bottle is small, or I just use a lot, but it is totally worth it. Love this product.

There is no organic certification noted on the product. I was aware it was not USDA Certified Organic but the photo shows a green Certified Organic labeling. That green label is not on the bottle nor is there a reference to any organic certifying body.

I initially purchased this product having read that Organic Sesame Oil helps to soothe flare ups of Rosacea in Kim Johnson Gross' book "What to Wear for the Rest of Your Life: Ageless Secrets of Style." My case of Rosacea is quite mild but if I am in the sun too long or when the weather heats up my skin does get painful rashes. In the evening after I shower I put on a small amount of this oil and by morning the rashes appear gone and the discomfort has eased completely. My habit is now to include this product in my nightly skin regimen as it moisturizes so well, is so light and has such a pleasant scent. I am not a doctor nor do I play one on T.V., all i can say is that this product works for me. The oil is clear and clean, smells wonderful and now comes with a dropper in its' cap so your hands never need touch the product as a whole. I highly recommend this product as well as Ms. Gross' book.

I use in the mornings and evenings. You don’t need much, just a few drops. My skins absorbs it and feels moisturized and looks healthy and glowy. I’m really happy I purchased and plan to order my second bottle soon.

I love this, the only thing is to remember to put in the refrigerator after you open it. Otherwise it will go rancid.

I bought it because I read online that it helps with a nasal congestion. It was hard to believe, but I decided to give it a try. It worked! Two drops of this oil took the congestion away in 10 minutes. This is great for people like me who struggle with nasal congestion at night time.
