A consumable you can wear
These jackets do their job. I replace them twice a year as all my welding is MiG. For TiG I would imagine you’d rarely need to replace one. Great jacket and lightweight. I definitely recommend

Very comfortable!
Comfortable and lightweight, pencil pocket on left sleeve is great, snaps that snap close with minimal effort. Great welding jacket!

Good welding jacket
I’ve used this welding jacket for a year now and it’s still holding up and protects me from sparks and slag. There is a few little bitty holes from small pieces of slag but nothing major. I’d recommend

Durable. Comfortable. Nice
I had slight doubts about this jacket due to the price. However It has surpassed my expectations. For those welders who know how to keep sparks from flying- you will be happy to know this jacket doesn’t let sparks through easily. I was hit in the stomach with a high rpm rotating 36 grit grinding disc. The jacket saved me and has no signs of wear or cuts at all. The jacket looks almost New after being washed daily for a month. And really makes you stand out from the green jackets that don’t protect your arms. The collar does a great job of keeping the dust and sparks out. And stays up or folds down nicely after a month of washing and 10 hour work days. I have a quelink leather jacket that’s very nice and with summer coming- I’m now ordering my second black stallion jacket. The navy blue is really nice. I know this is a long review but if the jacket were relisted for 200$ I would still buy it. I’ve received an absurd amount of comments on the jacket and makes me look very professional. The buttons are still black and snappy.

Exceeds my expectations
It is "light weight" as far as welding jackets go. I love the great placement of snaps. Get one size above your size. The slack provided by getting a larger size helps in putting it on. I live in Central Florida so for personal survival I have to take off jacket often. Think - hot Plasma or welding in 90+ temp and 90+ humidity. It's made from denim, about as heavy as my jeans, so breathes pretty well. I could use a refrigerated jacket ;-)I will buy again. So far it's holding up well. I wash everyday and it's been through 20+ washing and holding up well. The frequent washing cause the most "wear". I wash it very day since it is soaked with sweat and neither me nor folks could stand the smell if I didn't. I cannot use a jacket that could not be washed often.

Burns
Bought it bc it had a lot of good reviews... wore it, first day I got burns and blisters on my inner arm. Probably works ok for anything other than overhead, but I'm not willing to risk it. Waste of money, not worth the burns

Worth the $$$
This is just a typical welding Jacket. Very similar to Lincoln and Millers. It fits as it should, FR is dece t. Nothing special just like other jackets in the price range/category.Overall fits well, comfortable and not too heavy/hot

Excellent product.
Really nice jacket, comfortable enough for workwear. Looks to be great quality and durability. Also 100% cotton, so it will hold up to any safety scrutiny that the government will throw out there. I had to drop this rating by 1 star, durability just isn't there. After a short while small holes and frayed fibers become evident. If you are going to be using this under heavier conditions for extended periods of time, maybe something made of a more sturdy material would be better. Although overall still a decent jacket, for lighter duty welding I'd say.

Well Made
I am not using this as a welding jacket I am using it as a turners jacket for my wood lathe. The collar fits nicely and sleeves fit well with a snap to make the opening small and no chance of being caught up in the turning project, with no front pockets it keeps the wood chips off and in the shop. It is at an affordable price point where turners jackets are always over 80.00 dollars.
