This thing sure does make you sweat. Just sitting in front of the computer and I was already sweating around my waist area. Took it to the gym and 1.5 hours later the whole thing was wet to include my shirt and sweatpants.. Great way to reduce water weight.

This product has been amazing for me! I originally bought it because a massage therapist recommended it when I was complaining about my poor posture causing me much back pain. I exercise at the minimum 3 times a week and I am a nurse and constantly on my feet and having to lift patients and do procedures that require bending at the waist. Also, after having three children my abdominal muscles became weak and no matter how many exercises I did for that area, I still had a bit of a belly. I wear the belt to work and when I exercise and my lower back has felt amazing with no constant ache. I am losing inches in my abdominal area and my clothes around the waist feel so much better in such a short time. It has been 5 days and the results are immediate. I like that it is not noticeable under my uniform or clothing-not bulky at all. Highly recommend this product.

Fits comfortably and I think it's been easy to put on. The velcrow is quick and holds nicely. It doesn't slide down on you. The first few minutes I'm already breaking off some sweat. So I'll take it off to breathe and I'll put it back on again. It's quick and easy. Very smooth. I like that. Highly recommend it!

I ordered this product back in 2016.I inadvertently misplaced my original and needed a replacement. Upon receipt, I noticed that the replacement, the one received last week was not as wide as the original. Without the original, I can only estimate that the replacement is 1 in to1.5 in 1/2 not as wide as the original. The appeal of the original was its width. The replacement fell short of my expectation!!!!

I work in a warehouse where I do a lot of lifting and pulling heavy pallets of frozen products and boxes strapped on pallets. This belt keeps my back from feeling the strain or the weight all day. It fits very comfortable and throughout the day I can feel my abs sweat away pounds. It stays in place and do not feel bulky under my clothes. I love it so much that I ended up ordering another belt.....Best belt ever on comfort and fit. It stays in place all day and I work 15hours a day ... Thanks HBT

I got the belt in a timely manner. I took it to my yoga workout and there are several thing I noticed about it, the Velcro should be wider, the belt seems to hold good in the middle, but the lower and upper half is not snug, expanding the velcro would solve the problem. I gave it an 3 star rating for this, I will still use it, because I hate returning items it is a pain and it will give me a second belt so I can wash it and let it dry and use the other one I am going to order.

This was purchased as a gift for my fiancé. She loves it!.She has trouble with her back from sitting at her job as a customer service agent and also needed to shed a few pounds and inches from her waistline.Needless to say, that after a little over a week of using it the results are already beginning to show!. Highly recommend

 This is a great waist trainer. it is very comfortable and conforms to your body. It is very lightweight, I have another waist trainer and it covers my whole stomach and goes just under my chest, but this is smaller and just really covers most of my stomach. It gets you nice and warm, so you sweat a lot. I just tried it out so I'm not sure of what the long term effects will be, but overall it is very comfortable to wear and I would say you can even wear around the house doing nothing too.
