The bag works as an easy way to carry your instrument and protect it from light debris and liquids. My bass is a bizarre design and it fits well. For the price I'm very happy with it. But ... I really wish they offered an upgrade with actual thick padding and a metal zipper. I would buy that upgrade if offered. Great bag for what it is, but don't expect to travel much with it.

I needed a gig bag for a Firefly ES-335 style guitar. A lot of protection was not required as it's just to protect the guitar inside my home from dust and mild bumps while moving it around in storage. The fit of this bag is a bit tight, but the zipper closes without much fuss. I am happy and so is my wallet. Recommended!

My bad! This was not the bag I intended to order. I have used a Gator 4G series bag for my Les Paul - a terrificly built and nicely padded bag with lots of storage - for several years. I thought this was the same bag. This bag, however, is much thinner and has very little storage - just a flat zippered pouch. Since I'm only using the bag for home storage, it will work for me, but I would not recommend this bag for any travel.

This is a well-made, sturdy gig bag for the money. I would feel confident using this gig bag for a jam session or a local gig. If I were touring the country I'd go with hard shell cases, but since I no longer gig due to health problems, that's not a concern for me. So, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered this case on Labor day and it was said to arrive on September 10th but thankfully arrived today on September 5th. I'm very happy it was shipped and sent quickly! The case fits my guitar perfectly!

Been looking on OfferUp for cases that could fit a MLX you’re better off finding the 8th wonder of the world or 10 diamonds in Minecraft under an hour. All I’m saying is save your money and time get this case if you need it AND I NEEDED IT. Getting another one for my Son of A Beast AVENGE B.C. I opened the box and thought wow this is a real nice bag for the price. It seemed to have good cushioning and made of quality material. However, when I placed what I thought was my "standard sized" guitar into the bag I found the bag was too small length wise. (Width was fine with plenty of play room.) I have an Epiphone Les Paul Special II and little experience with guitars. But I have handled and viewed MANY in stores prior to making this purchase. Nothing about my guitar seemed "extra large" and in fact I like small guitars as I am a short person with small hands. This guitar measures 39 inches long. So as this was advertised as for standard guitars, I figured no problem. But even placing guitar in as tight as possible the tip of the guitar overlapped the tip of case. I even removed the guitar strap hook from the bottom of the guitar hoping for a better fit. It did not seem to help at all. The case is advertised over 41 inches long, but is only about 40. On a side note, some folks complained of zipper fails. I wonder if the strap hook may play a part in prying open the zipper. I would recommend placing some extra padding there. Back to my issue, I was surprisingly able to pull the material almost stretching it over the tip. But clearly this is not the thing to have to do and I worry of eventual damage. And especially if people are complaining of zipper fails. It otherwise seems like a real nice case. I was impressed with the padding (about 1/2 inch) and quality of material for the price. I'm in the process of moving and it will be too much hassle to attempt a return. I am not wanting to spend extra money since I am moving and have tons of other expenses to worry about so did not get a more expensive case. I wish I just held off on the case and wrapped the guitar in a blanket or just stored it on the stand.

Llevaba años buscando una funda para mi dean y ésta le queda perfectamente. Había intentado con una de Jackson RR y no era suficiente. De calidad, como todo lo Gator, se ve que te va a servir para toda la vida; buen material, buenas costuras. Muy bien. El precio está elevado, pero, ni modo, vale la pena.

It fits my Jackson Baldini V perfectly, and is quite a bit more protective on the bottom wing tip areas than the Jackson-made King V gig bag. The only awkward thing is that the headstock/top end does not zip open all the way back, so you have to kind of wrestle with it in order to get your guitar in. It's a fairly annoying design flaw. I use the convenient middle handle a lot, and the zippered pocket is quite large and useful. Overall, I like the look of this gig bag, and it's perfect for a "home use only" guitar.

Seems to be a nice basic protection for a guitar.Absolutely as expected and advertised.
