Eau de Mandarine Ambree by Hermes 3.3 oz Eau de Cologne Spray

So happy to have found my favorite fragrance for $60 less than Nordstrom or Hermes site. I was a little scared at first because Bcz the price seemed too good to be true. I’ve been buying this cologne since 2013 and can certify that this seller sells authentic Hermes. I’ve even checked the batch code for further authenticity. I’m over the moon! 😆

I love strong scents ; I was on a hunt for angels love don’t be shy and angels share ; oddly there was a site that said this was a dupe of angels share which absolutely is not the case BUT it is a lovely scent and I’m glad I bought it ; very pretty I like strong scents it’s not strong but it’s pretty and that’s good enough for me

1) Cardinal sin of a blind buy. 2) purchased from ebay and verify that it was authentic. No problems there. 3) all- and I mean all I picked up was a citrus note. From the start to the end. 4) longevity is very weak. Approximately one hour. 5) not horrible, not great. Not a panty dropper. It's just there. 6) it is not complex. Citrus, citrus, citrus. 7) the very very subtle hint of Amber makes you want more. Makes you splash more on until you realize the Amber will never overcome the darn citrus and for the next 40 minutes you smell like a mango processing plant in the Philippines. 8) when you buy Hermes you expect a hint of sophistication. I personally expected that to come from the Amber. The potential is there it just gets lost in citrus. This one falls far short. It feels like a cologne for a JV basketball player. That isn't nor was it ever the target audience.

I'm female, and a huge fan of Hermes fragrances, particularly those created by Jean-Claude Ellena. This is my current favorite. I actually purchased Mandarine Ambree based on online reviews, I had not tried in person, but I was not disappointed. I have a collection of niche ambre scents and was immediately drawn to MA. I'm also fond of L'Ambre de Merveilles, another scent by J-CE. Mandarine Ambree de Cologne arrives in gorgeous Hermes packaging. Suggest trying a sample or decant if possible. But if you love amber, if you love Hermes, you will not be disappointed.

It took a month to finally receive this cologne. It was a pleasant surprise to open the door and have it sitting there....I thought. I've used Hermes Eau d'orange verte cologne and love it, even though the scent doesn't last very long. So, I thought that the Mandarine would be just as nice. Wow, was I wrong. It's overwhelming sweet mandarine disappears(nearly instantly!)and you smell passion fruit and amber, which give way to.....nothing. I'm so disappointed with this expensive cologne and I will not purchase again.

Mandarin from Hermes. Very appropriate for anytime, date or gender.

Nun, unser erster Duft über Amazon bestellt - glaube ich. Etwas Sorge hatten wir schon. Der Preis ist gut, das Produkt ist echt und echt klasse. Das hat man auch schon anders gehört. Hier klappt es aber!
