To be upfront, this is a rather spicy sauce; however it is a "mouth" burn, not a "throat" or "lip" burn; so its a lot more pleasant than it otherwise should be. This has a fruity-ish, citrusy flavor; that compliments chicken, pork and eggs beautifully. Highly recommend this sauce if you enjoy tobasco sauce and want some extra heat.

If you've had this sauce before, you know what's up. If not, I highly recommend it for people who love super hots. You have to really love them, though. I don't mean that in a "only for manly men so you can't handle it," kind of way. I'm not that kind of guy, just saying if you don't really love a lot of heat in your hot sauce, this probably isn't for you. For me, and most others who do, it's got the perfect amount of heat. It has a wonderful, slightly sweet, slightly tangy flavor that's not bitter like a lot of the super hots can be. It's the perfect all-around hot sauce in my opinion. I don't always want my cooking to be painful and delicious at the same time but when I want that level of heat this is the one I reach for first.

The flavor is salty, somewhat tangy, and accompanied by a heat level suitable for everyday consumption (assuming the tolerance of a regular hot sauce eater). I wouldn’t rank this among the most flavorful sauces I’ve tried; for example, Cholula’s Caliente wing sauce, and Poppin Hot Sauce, are zestier and tastier; but this isn’t bad per se.

Great for pizza, hot dogs, and makes a good decongestant.

Great flavor and decent spicy heat!

This is hands down the best hot sauce there is. Trust me, I have a whole refrigerator door full of various hot sauces and condiments. It adds plenty of heat with tons of real flavor, without ruining your meal. It does not have the "lips on fire" or omg heat is all I taste effect. Yes it is a bit pricey but good luck finding it in a local store, and see what they are charging for it. Obviously it is good adding it to anything, but try it first alone on a chip and you'll see. If they offered this hot sauce in gallon size, I'd purchase it 🔥
