I'm down the live clean world. This, soft, perfect for my hand, shower, wash face. I have this one & charcoal. One in the shower, one at sink for face wash in the morning. Perfect.

I dont even know how to describe the texture of these sponges, but I’m obsessed. It’s the softest, squishiest, most gentle exfoliation. Makes my skin feel renewed without feeling overly scrubbed. A new staple in my skincare routine.

I actually quite like how this sponge works. My face feels smooth and it especially seems to clear out the pores on my chin, though not so much on my cheeks. However, I'm not finding that I use it that consistently because if it's dry, it takes awhile to soak it so it isn't hard (which is mentioned in the description but I didn't realize how annoying it would be). If you're more patient than me and plan your routine around the soaking, it may not bother you. Sometimes - because it's summer and it's humid - it DOESN'T dry out and that's worse than when it's dry because it just seems like a perfect environment for breeding bacteria. I MAY buy it again but I'm up in the air.

I have been purchasing and using the sponge for the past six years. Up until the last 12 months I always enjoyed using this type of unique sponge. Unfortunately, the quality has completely deteriorated along with their sponge. I used to get 3 to 4 weeks out of each sponge before it would start to fall apart, and I’d have to replace it. I was fine with this. However, the past 12 months they don’t seem to last more than a week. I’ve written to the company and asked them to replaced the most recent one which fell apart in a record three days. They said they would. But they never did. I am now using a far superior product from a different company, that packages four charcoal sponges made from the same material for a little more than the cost of one of these. This new sponge has lasted over five weeks.

I buy these often i love the natural sponge feel and how it dries up cutting bacteria build up , it has lightened my hard to reach dark areas and is durable .

I waste money buying this sponge! It is not worth 10.00 or more what so ever! Maybe 5.00! It is just something else to use to bath with instead of an washcloth! This sponge maybe just stained with Mesmeric to look yellow because Turmeric is use to dye clothing in some countries natural instead of chemical dyes! So that saying that you will not benefit at all using this sponge since you cannot slough off dry skin.It is too soft for that.And going through the soaking it in some water to expand it is a waste of time.I went back to my exfoliate sponge and wash cloth routine! You have to exfoliate off dead skin right!You cannot do that with this sponge.I wish I could get my money back that was wasted! 2 stars is for how neat it was packed in the little brown box!

They're not abrasive, yet my skin feels exfoliated and so smooth after a wash. I don't know if it's related, but I seem to be using less makeup - my foundation applies better I think. So far I think these sponges are a great addition to my skin care. I'm alternating between the Turmeric and Charcoal for my face and using the Turmeric body sponge also.

I like this sponge, but I'm not sold on all of the statements made about this:IMPROVES SKIN TEXTURE: I did not find that my skin texture was improved using this productBRIGHTER LOOKING SKIN: I did not notice a particular increase in my skin's brightness using this productREDUCES SIGNS OF AGING: I don't have mature skin, so I can't really speak to this100% NATURAL AND ECO-FRIENDLY: I enjoy this aspect of the sponge - knowing that there are no crazy chemicals in it!EASY-TO- HANG SUCTION HOOK: N/A - I have hooks in my shower, but it does come with a hookI do have sensitive skin and patches of eczema and the sponge did not make my skin worse, but I didn't notice any improvement either. I do enjoy using the sponge, it has a very nice feel to it and it suds up great with my body wash. Overall, I do like it!
