First of all, not only is this mop easy to use, nice long handle (I’m 5ft 10) and easy to move around with the wheels on the bucket. It’s cleans really really well. Big fluffy heads that you can wash in the washing machine and even have different heads for different rooms if you want. Even though the heads are quite big, you can still wiggle it into small spaces. And you can spin it til it’s practically dry if you want. Then, I let someone borrow it, they broke it, don’t know how and when I called to ask to buy a replacement part they said don’t worry, we’ll ship that part out to you free of charge and it was with me in just a couple of days. Fantastic product and amazing customer service, I would totally recommend this as a great purchase.

I waited to review until I had used it a few times. The heads are very soft & absorbent. The spin feature is amazing & one reason I chose this one. The handle to pull it also is great & makes mopping and emptying the bucket a breeze. I didnt think I'd like/use the tiny soap dispenser but I actually put a spot cleaner I mix in it & velcroed a cut in half scrub pad beside it & it's incredibly convenient when you have a stubborn spot to clean. You can spin out as much water as you want so it wasn't too wet to use on my wood floor. It's so easy my 2yo grandson actually helped me mop & ENJOYED it. I've had 7 shoulder surgeries & thought I'd use the tab to drain it but the handle & wheels make it so light & easy to dump I didnt need to. The heads are very easy to apply & remove & I no longer hate mopping with hours & hours if not days of pain after & no longer need 3 different type mops for different surfaces

For the first month, it was great!!! Now the spinner is starting to slip like it is stripped, although it is still working, but I have to be very easy while spinning it so it spins. I do mop about twice a day.. The on off switch to change it to spin comes undone a lot so u have to stop, and lock it in order to mop. It cleans very well, and I love the extra mop heads, however the mop pole itself should be made more sturdy in order to last a bit longer. On the up side, I am tall,so it works great because It has a longer pole if needed, and you don't have to bend over to wring it out, so its a great product, just needs some tweaking on the sturdiness part. It should last longer, and on off should have a click link or something to keep it locked whole mopping. Otherwise, I loved the spin mop. Of note, it's perfect for light housekeeping, no dogs, no hard cleaning...

This is a great mop and bucket combo! I was hesitant to purchase this but am so glad I did. It made mopping so much easier. Prior to buying this I had been using the swiffer wet jet and I can honestly say that mopping with this was easier, faster and way more efficient than the swiffer. The mop heads that come with it are amazing, and you get quite a few, plus they are machine washable. The spinner system in the bucket is easy to use, and the whole thing is very lightweight so it’s easy to move and empty it afterwards. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend!

For 60+ dollars I thought I was getting a decent product. I own/ operate a small house cleaning business. I've been using the traditional mop & bucket ( oceader micro fiber mop head w/oceader bucket with built in mop wringer) works amazing but figured it's time to update my supplies. I saw this spin mop it looked like it was built well, got good reviews so I bought it. Well to my surprise it was built cheap. 1st the mop base comes with a rubber ring to protect the floor from scratches, well that rubber ring interferes with locking in the the mop head it's to tight so it takes awhile to actually get the mop head on the base. Then to remove the mop head from the base you have to stand on the mop head to pull it off the base, which is the best way to pull off a dirty mop head, but the mop pole pulls out of the mop head base it's NOT a screw in type mop pole to mop base, it's a snap in snap out design, which is a very cheap design for something that needs the strength to withstand this type of mop system. Therefore you will have to pull the dirty mop head off the base with your hands. (NOPE!! NOT ME). The spin mop bucket has a handle on it so the you can pull the mop bucket around with you, filled with water, but it's so short it will work fine for a small child. I'm 5'10" and for me to pull this bucket I literally had to bend in half to do so. So I actually never got to use this to mop on a floor because of all the flaws prior too .I'm going to say that more money was put into selling the stainless steel wringer bucket which is not actually stainless steel, you need to rinse this bucket with clean water and dry after each use or it will rust, it says it in the instructions. Unfortunately it's a cheaply made product and once again marketing fooled us again!! Needless to say I'm returning this product.

Item arrived well packaged. I love this mopping system!!!! I have tried many mopping systems and mops. I love the ease of use with this system. I feel like the spinning action helps keep our floors cleaner. The spin feature is very easy to use. I also like the head swivels and locks into place to wipe down walls. This feature is such a time saver. The folding handle and wheels help save time and energy to pull the mop bucket closer to the areas to be cleaned. The one con for us is storage. It is not super compact for easy storage. However, it is also not so huge that it creates too much of a problem. I would purchase again from this seller if the need arises.

Use carefully plastic cracks. I have a steam mop in which I used to clean my floors I bought this mop because I wanted something for my walls my cabinets kind of hard to reach places where I don’t have to get up and down on a ladder. I have used this four times in the last two years I do it every six months and I pulled it out to clean the walls in my bathroom since I’m remodeling and noticed that the plastic is cracked. No using it four times and my plastic is cracked that’s not good. Now I gotta search for a replacement handle. That’s not good. Otherwise them up works wonderful cleans great and the easiest fantastic
