My nails are now crazy strong and in wonderful condition, my sons thought I'd had false ones as they paint up perfectly now. My skin feels smooth and soft, capsules easy enough to swallow but quite big...but no problem.Finally my hair is amazing, grown 3 inches since I starred taking and it's getting thicker and healthy too. I’ve been taking these for approximately 6 weeks, (my second bottle) have 4C hair & I can honestly say that I’ve seen major changes in my hair. My hair has clearly gotten more thicker, healthier & noticeably longer. I’ll be purchasing my 3rd bottle after this one runs out. Definitely worth it

I’ve been using this product for about two months. I chose it as I’m at the age where I’m loosing a lot of hair. There is no miracle cure out there unfortunately - I’ve tried a few. However whilst this product doesn’t seem to encourage new hair growth for myself it does make my hair feel healthier, looks shinier and is growing in length a little quicker than usual. I’ve been taking Biotin for a few years now so can’t comment on my skin and nails for this product.

You have to take two, before breakfast. They don't taste great, its like taking omega 3, easy to swallow. I have finished my first bottle now, i have had absolutely no change at all, hair has not started to grow, breakages still occur to the same amount, still falling at same level. No difference at all to skin or nails waste of money 14.95 plus a second batch is a total waste of money.its not working, comments must be staff, friends as they are not a true reflection, i will see what the 2nd bottle does, holding no hope at all

As a naturalIsta sista with 4C hair that is dense in quantity but just THIN!!!! (Worst combination) I wanted something to assist with volume.I have been taking these now for about a month and a half and recently took out my braids. First thing I noticed was the softness and shine of my hair. Usually taking down braids can be complex with lots of tangles etc, the braids came out with ease (Bare in mind these braids had been in for 2 months! Lol!)My hair was naturally shiny too! My hair just "felt different", but "different in a good way".Also noticed my edges were very slightly fuller, which was great! In terms of thickness- I feel like genetically my hair is naturally fine and no miracle pill will change that, however, I do feel as though the density has ever so slightly increased. My hair remains fine, but it's not the pills fault. Some of us just aren't blessed with a thick mane. These pills are really good though and I would recommend!*Update*I've now been consistently taking these for 3 and a half months and WOW! !!!! My hair is transformed!! It's become full, shiny and soft. And it has grown about 1-2 inches since my last review. Personally, I ALWAYS give a product at least 3 months before making a full assessment. I notice a lot of other reviews saying they saw no results in the first month - so stopped. Whilst you won't become Rapunzel, i would definitely suggest using for at least 3 months before making the decision to stop.

These work for me. I'm 72 and noticed my hair slowly starting to fall out. After taking these for about 2 weeks, I noticed no more hair loss.

Very good product, I have taken them for a little while now, 2 weeks I think with 1 a day and I have already noticed increased volume in my hair , my nail and my face don't seem to find any difference so i decided to take the recommended dosage of 2 a day as my bails are quite weak and brittle and they easily break . I will comeback with one more review in few weeks .Life got in the way, so i did not manage to comeback with a review. I had to take a break from all supplements due to some skin problems, but now all is cleared and i can go back to them so i have ordered my favourite hair supplement again and is been a month now and it did not disappoint, these supplements are great and will continue to take for few months now with break in-between. My hair is getting thicker again and is full of volume.
