I am writing a review based on two data points, I will update as I learn more. I suspect that this is a product that does not work for everyone. I am a marathon runner, and in most marathons I start having hamstring cramps at about 20 miles, sometimes calf cramps and abdominal cramps. After the race, getting into a car often sets off bad abdominal cramps. I have used this product in two marathons. In each case I started feeling the cramps coming, and I took one packet. No more cramping. I will say the taste is sour and I gagged on it both times, but it was not too bad. Also the packets are hard to tear open so I suggest a little extra cut with a scissors before the race to help tear it open. After one of the races I got into my car and had bad abdominal cramps. I managed to get out of the car and downed a packet. Within one minute the cramps went away and did not come back. So two races, good results so far for my use cases.

Love these. My fiancé gets muscle cramps, and these help almost instantly. Easy to take and really effective when cramps start coming on. We keep them on hand now and would definitely repurchase.

Si funcionan para quitar o evitar un calambre, muy recomendable cuando haces distancias largas en pavimento o trail running.

Hard to get past the taste. Pickle juice shot works better for acute muscle cramps at night.

Had a 80 mile gravel ride. I took 4x total along the way. As I felt a cramp creeping up, I would take one and it would go away quickly. It may work different for others but my body absorbs it quickly. Only negative is it tasted like straight vinegar hahaha.

Taste like straight vinger, I did not feel any bettet then before. My body was still cramping. Didn't work for me. Wasted my money.

Had an instead chest and tri session today. 10 minutes before this review, my entire chest and right tri started spazzing out and cramping. Took the shot. 10. 9. 8. . . . 3. 2. 1. All the the cramps stopped. Wow… just amazingly wow.
