it actually holds 3 rolls underneath and one in the holder. my only complaint is it can move a little when you rip the tp off unless you hold the paper and tear. but i think this will be fixed when i buy a couple little hook type things that you can screw into the wall (tiny screws that have a hook on the end, kind of look like a question mark really). but this isnt really necessary, but i think i'm going to do it just for more stability. it isnt flimsy at all and really looks nice. i bought 3 of them for all 3 of my bathrooms. i dont think theres a nicer one in this price range. you dont have to worry about this one falling apart like you would with the wooden ones, those really aren't made very well in my opinion, and i wanted something i wouldnt have to worry about if it got wet.

i love art deco. our bathroom has a color scheme of purple, white, blue and teal with things that either are or look vintage. this holder is very light and you can place it anywhere because it is fully free standing. i have it standing on a beautiful purple chenille bath rug that i got from bh home & linen and the contrast or textures and colors is really nice and retro looking. there is no real assembly, just the toilet paper rod which fits pretty snugly. this is an excellent value and it looks really nice and functions well. 5 stars. :)

Love this holder! It only holds 2 rolls in the storage area and 1 on the roll.

From the picture, I thought this had to be an antique bronze finish, and ordered it with that expectation. To my dismay, the color was rustoleum red-brown, with black drybrushed over it. It is not shiny or metallic in any way, just this brown-black matte coating. In every other way, it is perfect. It holds even the super mega rolls that are for sale now, and holds the paper at a convenient height. The metalwork is attractive, and it is very sturdy for being so lightweight. The only thing I didn't like was the finish.I was thinking about packing it up and returning it, when I realized it would take me less time to put a thin layer of metallic craft paint on it than to arrange a return, so I whipped out some paints from my crafting stash and went to work. After about 15 minutes, it looked the way I had hoped it would look out of the box. It was a fun project, and now I have the pride of knowing I painted it myself; so as a useful crafty item, it is highly successful.

I read the reviews and was warned that the color and the weight were less than perfect for past buyers. However, I thought I'd take a chance because it was so pretty. So glad I went with my gut feeling. Yes, it is light but I had an old body weight that unscrewed on the end. I think it is a 30 or 40lb weight and I put it in the toilet paper holder at the bottom. It fits perfectly and I cover it with extra toilet paper. It fits next to the toilet and is a perfect height. I love the color but if you don't like it get a spray can and spray it to the color you want. It is a great price. I checked the manufacturers website and they only sell wholesale for the same price. I am a happy customer.

I got this for my mom. She has two cats, back problems, and nothing to hold her toilet paper. It was sitting on the back of the toilet so she's have to bend around to get it. Her cats would knock it off the toilet and into the bath tub and sink and get it soaked. So I got her this to hold onto it. It works really well! She can finally keep the toilet paper in front of her where she can easily reach it. It's light weight, so it's not hard to move around. And the cats can't knock it off (goodness knows they've tried). It's easy to use and it looks great! The extra storage space is a huge plus, too!
