I think you can see from the photos how well made this Dirndl is. So much attention to detail! The color was vibrant, everything was sewn so nicely, parts were of nice quality. Fabric was soft to the touch and comfortable all day and into the evening. The little white top fit nicely and didn’t ride up like some others do. I had to iron it to make it look crisp which is what you should do. I am 5’1” tall, 185 lbs and ordered an XL which fit me perfectly. Excellent company with a quality product at a reasonable price! Great Amazon experience! Thanks so much for a beautiful Dirndl that I will wear for years to come! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!! I am embarrassed to admit that I did not expect to love this Dirndl as much as I do, simply because of the relatively low price compared to many others. I was delighted by the look and feel of the dress, and the recommended size for the measurements I took fit perfectly. The quality is either extremely good for a costume or a little basic for wearing every day; the construction is good enough to hold up all day at Oktoberfest, for sure. I had zero problems dancing, moving, and sitting comfortably.It accommodates a petticoat very nicely if you like the extra poofiness, and looks amazingly graceful as you move. I had so many compliments - totally worth it!The blouse is adjustable to make the fit just right, as is the lacing on the bodice. The side zipper on the bodice makes getting in and out a snap without ruining the look of the front.I do really love the colors of the Dirndl, blouse, and apron, but if you want a fancier garment, you could add some piping or swap out a fancier blouse and apron. However, this definitely will get the job done for a wide variety of costuming or Oktoberfest needs. I loved it and will be finding excuses to wear it!

I'm 5"5", 135 lbs and a 34 D and the medium was too large. I reordered it in a size small and it fits perfectly. The quality is actually much better than I expected, and I think it will be a cute Halloween costume. Would definitely recommend but beware of going with the Amazon "recommended" size. I usually wear a size small but went with the size that Amazon recommended, and it was too large.

I picked out this dress for the color and it was very high quality. It fit me well (I’m 5’4”, 127 lbs) and it also washed well too. I always wash things before I wear them for the first time and I was a little worried this might shrink so I washed it on delicates and didn’t put it in the dryer and it ironed beautifully when dry (iron on low). It wasn’t itchy or constricting, it was tailored nicely and the colors were vibrant!

Bought for the wife for Octoberfest this year and did not disappoint. Three days of dancing and spilling beer later, and these things held together like a champ. Three pieces in total, all of which are of a material I would describe as reliable and appropriate, but not top tier. Don't get me wrong, this item is not shabby or cheap, but if you are expecting an "authentic" dirndl, this ain't it. But then again, you are paying ~$50, so authentic is not what we are going for here. With THAT in mind, and also keeping in mind you are gonna put your outfit through the ringer with multiple days of beer and brauts, I am comfortable saying this item is exactly the right value for money that we were looking for!

Bought this for a local Oktoberfest where everyone dresses up. The quality was excellent! The fit was true to size. It is mostly lightweight but did not look or feel cheap at all. Purchased with some jewelry and floral headband to complete the look and was thrilled. Everyone loved my look. Will purchase more from this vendor. ;-)

The outfit was beautifully made and the colors were vibrant. As recommended, I ordered a size larger than usual, which worked OK. What didn't work for me is the overall length of the dress - it seemed to be made for a shorter person - I am 5'6" and the waistline sat about 3-4 inches above mine.Regretfully, I am returning.

I got lots of compliments when I wore this dress to Oktoberfest with our German singing group.The dress itself is of thin material that made it perfect for a hot day. The blouse is also thin cotton and fit well. The apron is so pretty with real embroidery flowers. I'm very happy with it.

les finitions et les broderies sont parfaites. Digne de la tenue traditionnelle ! Je m'habille en 42 mais là j'ai pris du 44 comme conseillé dans les commentaires et effectivement elle tombe parfaitement surtout si on a une poitrine opulente.
