I love this product. I started losing my hair a few months after giving birth and it continued to fall out for a year following that due to stress. I’m almost finished with my second bottle and I’ve noticed considerably less hair falling out when I comb my hair and less hair in the drain after washing. I’m starting to be able to see the hair that is regrowing from where I had lost it before, and it’s making me feel so much more confident.It did take a few weeks to see results as the bottle says, and I am so glad I stayed patient and gave it the full time to work. Definitely follow the directions on the bottle to use at least 5 days a week and leave it in your hair for a few minutes.Before using this shampoo, I used to have a constant burning/prickly feeling on my scalp, but I noticed after a few days of using this shampoo that feeling had gone away and my scalp was feeling soothed.For me it was so worth it to buy this, and I will continue to use this product.The only “negative” thing I really have to say is that this does really seem to be able to clean my hair on its own. If I only use this product to wash my hair, it barely foams up. I use a little bit of gentle paraben free shampoo before I use this to get the oil out of my hair, so I’m double washing my hair. I wish I didn’t have to do that, but it’s the only way my hair doesn’t still look dirty after.

I suddenly got thinning hair and was losing handfuls enough to clog my shower drain, which had never happened. I always had very thick hair and it was medium to coarse, but within the past year or so it's become fine and I have visible balding at the crown and missing lines of hair enough to make my bangs/fringe very sparse looking. I saw my doctor and an endocrinologist. Neither offered any help--mostly a shrug and saying it was probably due to hormone changes. So I did some research and bought this due to the DHT blocker. I have had hormonal imbalances in the past. I'm on a very small dose of a medication for BP that also inhibits testosterone. It should not be enough to make hair fall out, but I guess it isn't helping it not fall out. Anyway, after 2 weeks of use, I am not shedding nearly as much. The product smells good but the scent is not overwhelming. I color my hair and so far, the color is not fading even though the shampoo is left on for 3 minutes. There is a tingly warmth like menthol on the scalp, but it doesn't hurt or anything. My hair looks really good and styles very well. I do add a bonding conditioner (Olaplex 5 or one by L'Oreal) on my ends a couple of times per week. And best, my hair feels soft and normal and smooth. I am hopeful that I can come back at the end of the 3 months it says to use it and say my hair back.

I just received my set. The bottles look elegant and the packaging was professional. The shampoo smells heavenly but the condition not so much. It smells like medication. I will update the review after a few weeks of using.

I've been using this shampoo for several years, mostly because I kept forgetting to turn off auto-ship so I kept getting bottles. It works well enough but I didn't have the same results others reported. I did notice I couldn't shampoo with this product every day or my hair would be weighed down and appear extra oily. I alternate using these products with other products. I did finally remember to stop my subscription so once I finish my last bottle, I will not be using this anymore

I have very long, gray hair. My home has dark wood floors that showed much more hair loss than I knew I had. I told my kids bending over and picking my hair up off the floor was howI got my exercise. Shower drain always loaded after my shower. Hair brush with large amounts of hair. My business partner said he could make another one of me with all the hair I left behind (and I wore it up!). Since this product is money back guarantee, I committed to using it a full 3 months as recommended. After about 7 weeks I noticed I wasn't "exercising" as much. The shower drain has half the amount of hair and my brush collects a few strands. I like the subtle fresh smell, somewhere between peppermint and tea tree. The lather is rich and the conditioner, creamy. I'd like to use something less expensive with the same results but I've tried other products only to be disappointed. I've convinced myself that keeping my long, thick hair is worth it.

I’ve used for a month and about 20% of my hair has fallen out in clumps. I bought this to help my thinning hair but now it’s falling out like crazy. I was told to stick with it for a month but it’s worse and now I can’t return it. Don’t buy this. I feel like I’ve been ripped off and damaged

I really wanted to love this conditioner. I am 39, with fine, curly 3A hair that is beginning to thin. I am transitioning to natural hair and have begun co-washing. Finding a growth stimulating conditioner that doesn’t require a shampoo is harder than you’d think! This conditioner ticked so many boxes. And it actually left my hair feeling wonderfully soft. Soft enough that I didn’t mind the slightly medicinal scent. Sadly, after only a couple of uses, my skin near the hairline, my back, and even my ears started to break out horribly. Tiny, itchy, bumpy acne so inflamed that I had to wear foundation for the first time in years and basically went into hiding. Even my ear LOBES broke out. I have always been sensitive to ingested biotin, being one of the unlucky few that gets terrible breakouts, but I thought using it topically might have a different reaction. And honestly, I’m not sure that it was even the biotin. All I know is the one con seriously outweighed all the pros I encountered. It gets two stars because I respected the ingredients, was reasonably priced, and actually did leave my hair feeling great. I sadly could not use it long enough to attest to the growth stimulation.
