The product works very well but only use half of one pack for one time and the other half for a second time after each Time run a few times only hot water for 20 minutes and see if it is clean if is not use the second half and repeat My jacuzzi was very dirty I did do it three times now is very clean also that cleaner makes a lot of foam it could go over boar to much foam I think that you can use one pack for three times I am very happy with it.

Amazing. My hot tub was left unmaintained for several months after a family medical emergency that had me in another state. It developed mold or something in the jets and pipes. I tried several other products and fully cleaned it out but the crud kept coming back. They didn't break it up hardly at all... I used 4 pouches in my hot tub and ran the jets for about an hour or 2. I wanted to give it plenty of time to work through. I couldn't believe how much crap it broke up and expelled. It was a huge job to get it cleaned up but I'm so glad to get it back in tip top shape! I'll fill it back up tomorrow and see how everything looks. I might have to give it another purge but I'm glad I found something that will actually clean it out!

This product works better than any I've tried on my spa tub. I did it once and the outcome was disturbingly gross. I couldn't believe the residue it pulled out of the system. I ran it a second time with even better results. Here's what I did on my servings effort: My tub has 6 jets. I opened them all fully and pointed them in the same direction (toward the drain) and up just enough to hit the surface of the water. I filled the tub with hot water, added one packet, and started the jets after the water level was 1/2 inch above the highest jet, ran for the full 20 minutes. The foam is important because it lifts the oils to the surface and sticks them to the sides of the tub. Mine looked like sausage grease with black specks. I drained the tub and cleaned the residue with Kaboom foam cleaner. I bought this house last summer and cleaned the tub with a different product before using it. I never saw anything like this come out during cleaning. The tub itself was installed in the 80s and is still in excellent condition. I put in a new pump in December. I'm about to give it a 3rd treatment, not because the product doesn't work. On the contrary, it works very well, I just believe there is another decade or two of residue to extract. It was worth the money, and I'm buying 2 more... one for my house for regular maintenance, and one to send to my mom for her spa tub.

Easy to use and does an excellent job!!! We recently moved into a newer apartment with a jetted garden tub. I immediately researched how to clean a jetted tub. We could not believe the amount of gunk that came out of the pipes and the sticky “bio”grime on the sides of the tub! It was disgusting! That is video number one. It looked bad enough I thought I’d do it again! That is video number two! It does not say you need to do this, but I was very glad I did! I also then cleaned the tub, I had to use Softscrub, then filled with plain, clear water and running it again to “rinse” the pipes and jets out! After the rinse, there was bio-sticky substance AGAIN! So another cleaning! Whew! At least the tub is clean now! I am planning on using this regularly, as recommended too! This product is awesome! It really cleans the inside of the pipes!

We had bought a new house with a jetted tub and I followed the manufacturer instructions of vinegar and dish soap but eventually we started seeing flecks of gunk coming out of the jets and it only got worse. I used this after trying another product that failed to work. I used all four treatments, running the jets for 1-3 hrs each time and running just plain hot water in between each purge to rinse. There was no noticeable change in the amount of gunk that came out of the jets. Again this is after doing the same process with another product so I expected to see some improvement and did not. Rated a 3 because this may work for tubs that don’t have as much of a gunk problem as I have and I liked that the treatments were in individual pouches so I did not have to measure or guess how much to use.

If your a cleaner person who like beach smell this is a great product and it works

Easy to use. Gets all kinds of scary crud out of your bathtub jets. I used one pack 3 separate times before using the tub in our new house for the first time. It got nasty gunk out each time and after the 3rd time, there wasn't much crud in the water so I felt safe enough to get in the tub and run the jets. A little expensive for the amount you get but definately recommend!
