BestDealUSA brand new universal hot shoe flash speedlite for Canon rebel Nikon D7000 D5100

Purchased the TT520 flash from this listing on Amazon rather than the more popular one with the many reviews because it was slightly cheaper, but the same product. I own a Canon Rebel XS/1000d, and this item does not sync with the camera automatically. I did not attempt to use this as a slave, because that's not what I need it for unfortunately. The flash does work, but I had to trigger it manually because it is not ETTL compatible and even after RTFM and following the instructions there, my camera would not recognize this flash.I gave it 4 stars to be generous since I could not use this item, but it seems like the flash itself works well. Using the "Test" button showed that the flash even on the lowest setting was fairly strong. Wish that I could have used this flash, but I'm returning it to get another flash that specifically states it is ETTL compatible.

Item received as described. Great value for the money spent. works as master and slave but this is not a TTL flash.also there is an upgraded version for additional $ 2 which charges much faster.You cannot compare this with your TTL nikon or canon flash but this definitely solves the purposeGood buy for someone who already owns a TTL and for amateurs. Overall Perfect flash for very less money.

i am an experienced amature photographer and have used most of genuine products from the best brands of photo equipment. This is my first time to purchase a no frills for my photo needs due to budget constrain. I didn't make a wrong decision in buying products from Neewer, it works like the original Canon speedlite. My logic is why pay more if you can spend less and get the same results.

This flash has many of the features much more expensive flashes do, at a fair price! and very good reviews...add this one to that long list of fave positive reviews.. thanks!

This flash seems to be just as good as the canon or nikon flashes and at a way better price! If you want to waste a ton of money than go ahead and buy the canon or nikon flashes, but I am a professional photographer and i have a couple of these and work super good with a nice softbox.

I bought this as a second flash since I'm getting into strobist photography and wanted a second speedlight to play with. This flash seems to be pretty solid, has the basic power adjustments in manual mode to allow strobist functionality, and can also work in the basic slave modes. As a second flash, this is perfect!

Sometime it doesn't work, but you just have to take the flash off and put it back on. The major part of this product is that it's great product for the price!

i got it because my camera flash would not pop up. This flash is awesome and for the price you can not beat it. I just love it. I use it inside the Gym to take pictures of my daughter playing basketball. Picture are great.
