Pros: It is NOT assist. So far, it is the widest non-assist ab roller I could find. Handle grip is great, comfortable, and give confident. No issue with them. The ball tread is rubbery works great on mat and carpet.Cons: When going left or right, the tread will move around. It will not fall off but it is noticeable. On wood floor, the rubber tread itself is not thick enough and the ball is not wide enough so you can't put as much weight onto the ball going left or right. This ultimately mean your angle has to be very conservative or else the rubber will lose grip and you'll slip. On mat and carpet, this is a non-issue.Overall, I'm keeping it. Outside of wood floor, this thing is perfect and fits my need. It is much better than those 2 plastic wheel ones. If you're considering those for any reason, including cost, just buy this product cause it is well worth it.

Since we have to adhere to the shelter at home guideline, we can no longer go to the gyms. I have to resort to working out at home. I got this ab roller to work on my abs and to try it out after hearing people say ab rollers work. IT BURNS YOUR ABS! i can really feel it working my upper abs out. The first say I could only do about 10 reps, then the next day I could only do about 8 reps in 1 set. It just burned so much the first day. It was so easy to assemble that you dont even need instructions and it came with a knee pad in case you have hardwood floors or something that'll hurt your knees.

I checked out reviews before buying and found just 1 saying the rod was too long... well now I'm number 2. I thought "nah that guy just doesn't have the handles on all the way, or something else stupid", or maybe they just got a random defect. Well I'd like to apologize to that person because I've got the same problem. The rod is about an inch and a half too long. I'm sending it back and getting an entirely different ab wheel. Even if the axle weren't too long the whole thing would still be unimpressive. The included mat is super thin and the whole thing has a generally cheep feel to it.

Nothing fancy and the wheel isn’t really rubberized which is what I was expecting. Wouldn’t buy again.

Doesn’t really automatically roll back, but it dies the job. The handles and larger wheel allows for a lot more sturdiness the normal wheel

This product does ezacly what its enteded for. I recommend looking up a video to learn how to use it properly first however

The ab roller is fine, gets the job done, the steel rod and the foam slip on handles are sturdy and comfortable when in use, and the ball itself is visually appealing and strong, it's not rubberised but when in use, the downward force is enough to stop it from slipping. I'm not sure if all ab rollers allow for it to be so easily disassembled but this one allows for the pipe and ball to be quickly pulled apart and shoved into a bag for easy access at the gym. The only negative is that its price is almost double that of the ab rollers at my local Kmart, being 18.99 is a bit too high for a plastic wheel and a metal pipe, but other than that, its fine

Ok. Ok. Bigger in size. Easy to workout. But still cheap material. U can use your kid bicycle wheel with a rod in it. You will get same feeling. Disappointed. :(Big wheel for ABs workout, However cheap plastic little overpriced

Easy to install. No bell an whistle. I am hoping the wheel a bit curvy to allow balance training too. Simple construction.
