Simple solution to power video card to run multiple monitors
I bought a Dell Optiplex 5000 and had to buy an RX580 video card to drive my six monitors. But the card required an external 6 pin power source which the PSU/motherboard did not have. So I bought this cable to power it from a SATA connector. Worked like a charm and so far is running cool enough so hasn't burned down the pc nor my office. ha. Problem solved!

Works great! No frills.
Does what I needed it to do. No qualms about quality. There are no negatives about it but I can't give an "I Love It" rating if I simply don't. This is an adapter to suit a specific need and if suits mine just fine. If it came with a cool graphic or sticker, then I'd throw it some love.

I got this for my gtx 1060 3gb I bought at a swampmeet for 15 bucks and put it in my dell optiplex 5050 mt and it's works well

Worked as expected. Video cards should come in with the adapters for modern computers instead of the data power adapters.
