Another quality product from one of my go to companies… Paradise. A clean product with all the healthy benefits you want and nothing you don’t want. I use this company for many of my supplements. Ginkgo biloba may improve cognitive function, reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, and enhance eye health by improving blood flow to the brain and eyes. Additionally, it can help regulate blood pressure and potentially improve heart health and more. However, it is a natural anticoagulant, meaning that it may ENHANCE blood thinner effects so please research accordingly.

Noticed a fairly significant increase in mental activity within 10 days. The first time I use this product I felt as if I might have had a small cup of coffee but without the caffeine crash. This does wear off and just the benefits of having a clear more focused mind. I would always recommend speaking to your doctor if you are a heart patient or have any other health issues. Remember Chinese herbs have been used for medicines for thousands of years and they are often times cleaner and more potent forms containing health benefits that you will not find in Big Pharma. I have tinnitus not induced from loud noises. Ginkgo is supposed to help. When I don't take this ginkgo (2 in morning and 2 in evening), the ringing is uncomfortably louder. When I do take it, the ringing is not has loud. (I also have a low hum tinnitus but I cannot tell if it benefits from this herb.) Just as further background, the level of ringing I'm talking about is around the volume of a television show above talking volume.

I took some ginkgo biloba many years ago, and was not impressed with it. Thought its effects were overrated. this 50 to 1 extract is impressive. I am 69 and my memory without the ginkgo biloba is very good anyway. What I have noticed is that my powers of observation regarding details, my memory both short term and long, and my ability to focus and analyse especially mechanical things, have been intensified. No observed side effects either. Over the years I have experimented with a whole host of nootropic man made chemicals all designed to increase mental focus and intelligence. None of them, and I have tried many, come close to the improvement I am seeing by taking this excellent 50 to 1 extract. I do not get mentally tired. Currently I am apprenticing at a clock repair company working where a large variety of antique and modern clocks are serviced and restored. My troubleshooting of the clocks intuitively is spot on. When you're looking for a Ginkgo Supplement it should be 50:1 concentrated extract as studies suggest. With the amount of caps and the price this is an excellent product for it's value. I take 4 (240mg-360mg as suggested by studies) throughout the day as I am getting on in years and looking to combat cognitive decline. This makes it a months supply for me.

Happy it was good for my concentration alertness. Sad I became aware I would get sneezing from it & was allergic to it. DANG!

Excellent product. I have used other brands and this is the only one that I can actually feel a difference. And they are small and easy to swallow. I originally found this product in a larger retail natural grocery store which add some credibility in my mind.

I don't have my own testing lab, of course, but I bought this on the strength of some Consumer Labs testing showing that it's one of the brands known to contain the advertised active ingredient--quite a lot of it, in fact. ...and some of the other brands tested had bonus lead added to the supplement. I hadn't realized that was an option...
