I like the high back on this chair. It's light. The frame is easy to set up. I can't put it together. I am not strong enough to pull the fabric onto the frame (last step). My husband can set it up just fine (a little more effort than he expected, though). The seat is a bit short, landing half-way along my thighs. I would love for it to be 3-4 inches deeper. My husband would really like it to be deeper.

Product received is light weight and made of good sturdy materials. However, when unboxed and put together the left side leaned back more. I’ve tried to find company contact info to no avail.

Although, I like the compact design and ultralight weight product... I did not like the fact that it took a while to assemble. Probably just a learning curve, but it had too many parts for me. For this price, not worth all this work. Returned it.

Product arrived defective. Some pieces that should’ve been connected weren’t. This made it unusable. Chair was much heavier than expected and had more steps to put together than comparable chairs because of the arm rests.

The chair feels sturdy, and quality materials. But, it arrived with one of the cords that hold it together severed. These are basically small bungee type cords, so are rubber (I assume) encased in a nylon sheath. They stretch, and are what allow the chair to be setup and taken down while keeping all the pieces "connected". I should have sent the chair back immediately, but didn't. I finally took the time to restring and reconnect the cord - huge, huge pain.If you are lucky enough to get a chair in working order, and are 5'7" or shorter, you may like this chair. I and 6'2", and find the seat too shallow to be comfortable, and the headrest cushion presses into the lower half of my shoulder blades. It's ridiculous and ready uncomfortable. I will never use this chair, but will keep it around in case one of my kids need an easily portable chair.

Arm rest definite plus but preferred designs that had loops to help assemble as we were moving around frequently.

We went camping and really like this chair however after two days the mesh had torn.

Love this chair!!! Super comfy, especially considering it's weight and compact build. Great company to work with. Only wish there were more color options.
