Best frying pan ever
This pan is awesome. I bought this to replace a very scratched up old frying pan. I plan to replace all of my pans with these.

Excellent Egg Pan.
I am writing this because I am in the market to buy another. Amazon reminded me that the last time I purchased it was December 20, 2020. This means that with regular use, and primarily for eggs, the non-stick surface will last approximately 2 years. - less, really, as we started noticing pitting in the non-stick surface several months ago. I have to say this seems a bit disappointing to me; but my expectations the durability of non-stick pans is pretty low anyway. It is now at the point that we are finding flakes in the food, so its time to replace it (probably over due, actually).I cook a lot. This is NOT a primary pan for me, as I mostly used fully clad stainless. This pan is well built, medium weight, and heats very evenly. The construction reminds me of the black anodized Calphalon, if that helps. The overall performance as a general purpose pan is good (but the i would personally never use it for browning meat if you plan to build a fond, of course). My wife wanted a couple non-stick pans for certain things, most notable omlettes and scrambled eggs. I make egg sandwiches for my 4 yr old several times a week, and the non-stick performs so well that I can let the eggs set as you would an omlette and then fold it on itself so it stays as one "sheet" of egg. Zero stick, zero effort, zero special maintenance. I really appreciate this, and that is why Im buying another. When I noticed the pitting, I assumed that one of us had been nicking it with metal utensils. We tend to use wood or plastic with a pan like this, but every once and a while we may use metal gently to move the food and avoid contact with the surface. I assumed we may have scratched it over time, but the degradation happened persistently , so I need to believe the coating just doesn't last with regular use. Now it's to the point that you can see the material raising up like little hairs, and as mentioned, its flaking off as we cook - no bueno.I would rate this a 5 star pan for general performance at the price point. I am really disappointed in the longevity though. It probably only deserves a 3 start rating for this reason; however, my expectations for non-stick technology is pretty low already. So, I am giving it the benefit of the doubt. After all, i am back on Amazon to purchase another to replace this one. I guess its a $40 expense every 18-24 months.

Had it for serveral months and really like it
This 12" pan is nice. I like the handle and the lid, too. Food isn't sticking and is cooking evenly across the pan surface.

Great pan. exceeds expectations
I have had this pan for 4 months and use it almost every day. The non-stick surface is still as good as new. The pan is still very flat, and sits with good contact to my ceramic stove-top.I am careful to not overheat the pan, which took a little adjustment at first. The pan is light weight, and responds quickly to heat, so there is no reason to go overboard on temperature. I also never use metal utensils with this pan.

Incomparable value
I’ve tried all sorts of nonstick from expensive to as seen on tv and this thing is so much better. I’ve had the same one for two years and use it just about every day and it still is 100% non stick. I do baby it, no metal utensils except for maybe a fork poke here or there only silicone/ plastic touches it but it is incredibly durable. Takes about 45 seconds to wash it (I hand wash) and nothing has ever stuck to it, ever. (I use a very small amount of spray oil or fat for eggs or lean food that might stick). The only gripe is that it’s not totally over safe.Do not hesitate because you will not ever find comparable quality under 200-300 dollars even those do not last like this.

Longest lasting nonstick surface ever
I purchased this pan in May 2021 as ,y "primary" pan--I use the 12' frying pan FAR more than any other pan in the house. Probably 4-5 times a week. I cook at high heat. Normally I'll get 6 to 9 months before any pan's surface gives out and everything starts to stick. No non-stick pan ever lasts very long. This one held out for two years. I am only replacing it now. At $50, that's $25 a year for a GOOD, truly non-stick pan. Best pan ever.

Best nonstick pan
Follow the user instructions and it’ll last you a long time. Stays non-stick and cooks well. 10/10 will purchase as a gift to my parents next Christmas.

1 year later and still works great!
I bought this at the recommendation of America's Test Kitchen. This is a fantastic nonstick pan. After over a year of household use (3-7 uses per week), water still beads on it, food doesn't stick, and it can be washed 98% clean with nothing more than the sink sprayer.Pro Tip: as with all non-stick pans, you have to baby this. Literally. If you wouldn't scrub a newborn with it, you don't scrub the pan with it. The non-stick coating is fragile. Absolutely no metal utensils, green scotch brite pads, etc. Don't stack things in it when you're storing it unless you lay a towel on it first. If you follow these guidelines, it will serve you well. If you violate these guidelines even once, your pan will likely deteriorate rapidly.

Great Pan
The pan was recommended on ATK as number 1 in its tests. This one has a lid which is great because it protects the surface and it has a lid. A little more than cheaper pans but so for it's worth it.

Perfect for large batch cooking
I looked on line locally before purchasing online. No one had a 12" skillet w a lid. It cooks evenly, a good weight without being too heavy, easy to clean and I like the glass lid, which lets me keep watch without lifting the lid. Met my cooking needs and works for what I need to do.
