Apple iPhone XS, US Version, 64GB, Space Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

The media could not be loaded. I broke the screen of my iPhone X and got some cracks on the back. Initially, I planned to repair it at the Apple store, but just fixing the screen would have cost me $275 plus taxes (as of 8/7/2024). So, I decided to buy a renewed phone on Amazon. I was a bit worried about the purchase until I received the phone. When I unboxed it, I was really amazed. There were no signs that this phone was renewed—no scratches, no fingerprints, and no unpleasant smell. It seemed too good to be true. I checked the battery's maximum capacity, and it was at 98%. Some might say this number could be inaccurate, but here's my experience: the next day, I had a chance to test it. I had back-to-back Teams meetings in the first half of the day and had to use phone to talk and view my supervisor’s screen while validating data on my side. The phone performed very well. I had no concerns about signal, battery, or sound quality. Everything worked perfectly. Additionally, the phone came with a screen protector, which was a nice touch.I highly recommend MOBILESUPPLY to anyone looking for a quality products. Phone works well, high screen quality and takes awesome pictures

I rarely leave reviews but thought this definitely needed one. I was really nervous about buying a refurbished phone online. I read lots of seller reviews and user reviews. I ultimately ordered an iPhone XS in May of 2022 from Promo Dealz. I thought it was a total gamble. However, the phone I purchased arrived in the stated “excellent” condition. No scratches or dings. I was pleasantly surprised and really happy with the whole transaction. Fast forward 8 months and I needed to order another one. I made sure the seller was Promo Dealz again. The phone arrived a day earlier than scheduled, which was a nice surprise. Again, the phone itself was in excellent condition. Not a scratch on it. However, the battery health on this one was not what I expected, so I emailed the seller. They responded quickly, and in less than 24 hours I had a solution to the battery problem. Very impressed with their customer service. I would definitely purchase from Promo Dealz again. Great experience!

Only one problem the battery capacity is at 78% when I received the device. However everything else works perfectly fine!

so having bought this refurbished in "excelent condition" i am finding out that the on the outside it looks fine but upon opening it now that i have to replace a broken screen, number one why the charging port is faulty, that incorrect glue as been applied and that no weatherprrof seal was ever applied. Two screws are missing on the "big black bar" that holds down the connectors (top and bottome) both of those missing, the battery was original (and swollen), and there is a little tab that was supposed to be under a screw that has been replaced at and angle which shows a tell tale sign of shotty work and why half the iphone chargers in the world that are oem only work one way. I will say shotty work means lack of care irresponibility and down right trying to sell a phone for as cheap as possible... if you cannot open one up and simply replace a screen on your own i would not trust this company whatsoever and i would find another. all the problems now make sense and i am missing screws inside this iphone simply because they were too cheap to buy new ones in packs of 100 on amazon formaybe 10 bucks for 100. From now on i will be doing my own repairs this company (probably china) is terrible and take advantage of those that dont know how to or look on youtube to fix thier own.

it is great i have had it the phone for 2 months now and i love it and even being a gamer on the go it still runs great all tho the batt health was not the best when i got it i got a new batt and the phone it great i really think you need to buy this iphone 100\100 amazing phone

Such an great purchase 10/10 I recommend phone works well Great Experience except my box was torn up sadly 😔😒

Lasted me over a year. My only issue is it came without being able to charge via wire. Had to use the pad you laid the phone on to charge it.
