When I tried to screw it, I found the length of screw is too short. As soon as I flip over the fan, the screw can be exactly fitted to the fan and security to heat sink.

This is a PWM controlled fan, which means you have to actually turn it on. There might be some temperature controlled app out there, but if you just want to turn it on put this in your terminal " sudo sh -c ‘echo 255 > /sys/devices/pwm-fan/target_pwm’ "To stop it just change the 255 to zero, or to slow it down put some value in between the two (its and 8 bit number, so any number between 0 and 255 will operate at a different speed).

Fan is probably fine, but at this price I expect all the bits to be suitable for purpose. Was disappointed that screws are too short.

Pro - embossed arrows for air flowCon - installation failure! The screws are too short. More importantly, no instructions or reference to a web page. The fan reverse side has counter sunk holes. If manufacturer thinks reversing and pushing air flow down is correct, so be it. But DO INSTRUCT.That said, I would counter reversing fan places label against heat sink, I would expect the label to react with heat. So I won't try.

My only possible complaint could be the it's priced a little high for what it is. That being said: This fan/screw set/plug are perfectly integrated for the nano - my nano is in a plexiglass case, and was definitely heating up. With the addition of this fan, it's running MUCH cooler and I'm able to squeeze more workload on the nano due to the heat reduction.

I needed a cooling fan for my Bitaxe Test Socket prototype. This fan gets the job done.
