Most have for daily supplement

This did help with sleep some. I took a 1/2 dose but it gives me brain fog and fatigue the next day. With that said I'm extremely sensitive to most things. This product was reccomended by my integrative Dr. She is excellent and very knowledgeable and she would not have reccomended it if she didn't do her research.

I had a great hope that it would help me with my stress, especially that the seller was claiming that we can return an empty bottle if we do not see any improvement. Unfortunately, there are 45 servings per container - 45 days to use the container, but Amazon is giving only 30 days for any refund. On Amazon web site the seller was claiming to send them just e-mail and empty bottle for full refund - unfortunately, when I was trying to return - it was 34 days since purchase and my bottle was not completely empty, but I did not see any improvement. It is very misleading the note by seller that empty bottle might be returned for full refund - there should be clear notice that there is 30 days return not an empty bottle. It was a waste of my many on this product - it did not work at all.
