I love towels without that loomed ridge at almost the bottom. You know, that ridge that shrinks with washing and makes the towels look messy? I search quite often for a set without the ridge and found these. I purchased the Taupe and the Lavender. I am so very very pleased! The bath towels are almost as long as the Bath Sheet size, two of them, two hand towels and two wash cloths each. The arrived quickly, packaged in a plastic bag, but tied with a cream colored grosgrain ribbon, which would be nice for gift giving. They wash up nice and dry fluffy. Granted, they are not super super thick, but more economical to dry. Both sides are turkish loop style and feel soft to the skin...I'll order more! I DID buy a set of multi colored stripe towels that pick up the same taupe and lavender and add a pop of color. I will be reviewing them as well. Look it up using my screen name.

I was shopping for towel sets that were less bulky without being flimsy and low quality. These really scored a hit being exactly what I had hoped to find. The towels are soft, absorbent, a generous size, pretty pink and worth every dollar I spent. I would buy these again and highly recommend the towels for anyone on the fence about which towel to buy for guest room or personal use!

These are soft out of the package, but are a little thin. They don't have much weight or heft to them. I haven't washed them yet, but I suspect they could feel even a little thinner after washing and drying. I'm hanging them in a guest bathroom and they'll be used mostly for hand drying, so they should be fine for that, but I don't think I will give them to a guest as a bath towel. Also, this is minor, but I noticed the subtle stripe pattern is hard to keep straight if you hang these. If you're picky about the look, that could be a small problem. Overall, I would call these fine for the cost.

Great size and quality - not too heavy and not too thin. I washed them prior to use and they came out very nice. They are soft and did not stretch out of square. Nice color too (aqua). Fast delivery.

Overall, a lovely set of towels. I like the striped texture. The towels are absorbent and soft, but they are lighter-weight than some other towels out there. This has some pros: they're quicker to dry, and easier to wrap-up in, but they are not "big and fluffy," which makes them feel a little more utilitarian than luxurious. Over all, I'm very pleased with them.

These are definitely 'cheapy' looking and feeling towels. Very similar to those thin, rough towels that you get in hotels. They look OK, and while I knew I wasn't purchasing luxurious, thick towels, I did expect higher quality than these. After the first wash, they really pilled out and got rough, even after using softener. More of a decorative towel than something for everyday use.If you want something that's really soft and absorbent, these aren't your answer!

Like these towels so much I bought 3 sets in different colors. They truly are the most absorbent and soft towels I've found in years! The bath towels are a generous size that actually wrap around me and stay put. They are not overly thick and bulky so they really get you completely dry instead of just pushing the water around. The only inconvenience is the lint...you DO need to wash and dry these before use and may still get some lint the next couple of times around, but these are a good value for the money - and the colors are true.

I was nervous to order these towels because a few people had reviewed that they had bleach-like stains after a few washes. I ordered a couple in November, and after they had no stains, ordered a bunch more in December. I trimmed off the tags immediately because I really like the side which I guess is supposed to be the backside. They look so good! I figured out with an older set of towels that toothpaste causes bleach stains on towels, so I reminded my kids and husband to not wipe their mouths off on towels after brushing their teeth. We are a family of 5 and these towels have been used a lot and still look great. The only complaint I got at first from the fam was that they didn't feel as absorbant as our old towels. This has improved over time with more washes.
