Absolutely not worth the money ! We figured we would pay extra to get extra features! I really wanted a monitor that worked with the screen that came with it along with our phones so we could both watch him. I felt like just the phone we would go on other apps and miss something happening.. and with just the screen only one of us could watch him from one place in our huge house. So on prime day we paid $100 for this monitor which seemed like a good deal because it was $160 any other day.. well we got the first monitor and could not hook it up to our phones. I tried contacting support with no luck. So I decided to return it. But then changed my mind to exchange it and maybe it was just this one. Then we had the same issue with the new one.. finally support emailed me back and told me to completely disregard the instructions and gave me a step by step on how to set it up.. so now it works with our phones and the screen it came with. But only to about 50 feet... if that... supposed to be way more! 1000 I think..So all in all I'm not sure it was worth it and should have just went with a cheaper option :/

I bought this monitor because it has a screen and the app for smartphone viewing away from the house. The camera and screen were very easy to set up and work fine, even in the dark. I don't think the temperature is very accurate and the picture isn't amazing but it definitely gets the job done fine, especially for the price. The mic and speaker feature work great. The app needs some updating. It is pretty buggy and finicky connecting to the camera and moving the camera from the app has a lot of lag. A good update could really help.

Update: I got this for the app + screen option. Turns out the trade off isn’t worth it, this thing disconnects so much I wish I’d never bought it.Original: Really wanted to like this monitor and am on the fence about returning. The range is really terrible at random times. Can be feet away from base and the monitor screen will disconnect, it’ll need to be turned on and off multiple times to reconnect to the base. I mainly got this monitor for the app and notification system to your phone with the addition of an extra monitor screen to use. Who knew finding that would be so difficult in the monitor world? We have a 5 acre lot and would like the extra phone app option. Though I don’t know if the trade off with the connection frustration is worth it.

I love that this monitor comes with a parent unit and accessible from an app. The parent unit battery last all day. The parent unit has ok range. It can be reached anywhere in my 4000 sf home with only a few spots spotty connection. I can just move the parent unit a little around the room I am in if it is further away from the baby's room. The app is easy to use. The camera has a talk back feature and lullabies as well as moves up,down,left and right. The camera can also zoom once. I don't know how accurate the thermometer is on the camera as I have not tested it. I was nervous to buy this unit because it didn't have many reviews but man I am so glad I did!

Pretty much loved everything about this baby monitor. I just could never get it to work on my phone. I had it next to my router and it was connected, but would say it was offline no matter what I did. And then I wish I could buy more cameras to go with it. The only extra camera I have found says it only works with the comfy model and has been out of stock.

I love that this camera has ability to move where I tell it to. I work night shift at a hospital and my baby is a relentless blanket chewer and likes to be draped in blankets when she sleeps so I struggle with anxiety that she’ll suffocate or get stuck. Being able to see that she is sleeping safely while at work has put my mind at ease a lot, and the picture is surprisingly clear. The app is very easy to use. It’s very convenient and I’m glad we bought this camera; it has a good range on the monitor, we were using a vtech monitor from target and it never picked up a signal. This monitor however we can use anywhere in our house. I’d buy this monitor again in a heartbeat!

The picture is great on the monitor, but the audio cuts in and out a lot like there is a short circuit inside the monitor. And it has slowly become quieter even on the loudest setting over the past 6 months of owning the product. Honestly would not recommend for the sole purpose of the audio is what I need mainly at night to hear if my child is crying or not, but I can barely hear anything.

You cant view on your phone if your not connect to wifi. Doesn’t work when on 3G. I bought this so I can watch while at work - Unfortunately My job doesn’t have wifi I can connect to. I use 3G : (
